Schlatt coming home and noticing a suspicious lack of fridge magnets is the funniest part of the video. I’m not even a parent and that gives me flashbacks of having a toddler
i was a toddler that would, in fact, eat a magnet or two. never went to the doctor for it though 😅
Exactly what happened with my cousin. My aunt came home after work, her mom 'babysitting' . aunt Bec looks on the fridge and sees the magnets are gone. Asks her mom. Mom doesnt know where they are. Little cousin walks Over very quiet and embarrassed to say he had liked how cold they were and accidentally swallowed them. Aunties mom had no idea he had even had them -_-. They go to the ER, auntie and my cousins, and they had to figure out what to do. Hes okay now, they got the magnets out easily enough and MY mom very quickly bought him a Stim Necklace and he was so happy. He loves that thing still.
As a former daycare attendant and now cat mom: having to take care of a cat and taking care of a 4 year old is surprisingly similar:
Odd noises are concerning, general chaos is expected but hearing SLAM from the other room sends you running, full sprint
They are noisy when you forget something, cat will meow at you if you forget to fill it’s food bowl (I have a cat that somehow doesn’t over eat and eats in moderation) child will scream at you if you forget to change their diaper/didn’t give them the toy they wanted
Silence is never good. My cat is vocal. So if he’s being silent he’s up some shit. Same goes for a 4 year old

My cat just showed up in my life. He was very young and my mom gave him some salami and bro never left after that 😭.
Perfectly potty trained, never peed or pooped in or near the house and he's used to being around people. Nobody ever came for him even after we tried to find the owner. It makes me sad that he probably got thrown out. Why else would a small kitten, wet hungry and shivering be in the middle of nowhere.
He just vibes around the neighborhood, we live in a pretty secluded spot and he has other cat friends that are my neighbors so he's happy. I don't see him much because I live at my dorm most of the time.
He got used to me and every time he's happy to see me and wants belly rubs and most importantly face rubs! He shoves his face into my hand every change he gets!
I booked his nose once and I never felt so complete after that. It was something that I knew I had to do at least once in my life to feel complete.
10/10 would adopt again

@@netts2315 Well we've never domesticated them like dogs so they have a good range of personality traits like people. For dogs, we just kinda chose a default good boy attitude and just rolled with it. If a doggy is not a good boy, that personality trait doesn't last for long because only good boys get to have puppies.
Cats just do whatever they want and we have cats that are good buddies and cats who are assholes.
