Great tip, Paul, and one I never heard, to change the water daily until you see new root growth....I will try this going forward!

Paul, I'm doing a couple of things that are making it easier. I definitely change water often, but this can be a pain with so many plants. I'm trying to get many of them out of water and into a semi hydro, as you do very often. I have two easier method, and the first one is your method. Plants that are in yarn, lava rock/leca/perlite, are being grouped into trays, so that I only have to water and flush the tray and not each individual plant. The other thing I'm doing is to put plants in one or a mix of the semi hydro substrates, in a clear pot or container with drainage. I sit it in a clear plastic saucer (sold online or in stores), and just keep those filled with water. It is easier to walk by and pour some water into my saucers then what I used to do with soil. I would be testing each pot with soil, using my water meter, and still not having complete success. Some plants that were struggling, put out new roots within a week or two, once they are put into water or semi hydro. This has changed the game for me.
