A 30yo adult who behaves like this has NEVER had to actually provide for herself and live as an adult, so she has never taken the steps that lead to maturity that everyone else does. That's her parent's fault. Yes, it's her fault for accepting it and never taking responsibility for herself, but that doesn't erase the significant role they played.

That story about the church yard sale reminds me of something I saw at a local thrift store. It's a favorite place for me to shop, and my family as also donated a lot of items to it.
