Sloppy joes are a camping food for us. I don't know why we never eat them at home? Love them....and love pickles. I will have to try that!
I've ate sloppy joes a few times. I like some bell peppers in it. As for the book, I'd say sell it. It's just collecting dust and someone will truely love it and you could use the money for something else. Maybe do something in your place that you have been putting off. Or, just for a getaway with each other. Or, just keep it. Either way, that was the best $5.00 you've ever spent on that book❤ 21:33

Sloppy Joe's with Pickles, YUMMY!! Bold and Thick & Chunky are my favorites.
Greetings from ohio. Love the pins on the bag. My wife and I have a backpack we use to take to Disney world that we covered in disney pins and button pins like those back when we use to road trip to the parks alot.
Love sloppy Joe's. We usually make our sauce with ketchup, a little brown sugar, diced cooked onions, and whatever spices we decide to throw in. And I also like cheese and pickles on mine sometimes.
If I didn't have sentimental attachment to the book I would sell it and travel with the money. Something I love to do.
Manwich is my husband's all time favorite food. It's what he chooses on his birthday and Father's day. He puts mayo and hot sauce. And that is how our kids eat it also. I don't eat manwich but that's cus I am picky and I don't like chunks of ground beef. I will eat burgers and meatloaf but just can't do ground beef. I know it's crazy. Haha
Sloppy Joes are the bomb!! Maybe a little shredded cheese for me and a little miracle whip for my husband! For the book… we say, Sell it! I love the idea of paying it forward… maybe give the money to a woman’s shelter or to a indigenous village school to buy books for the kids. Love y’all! Love the tattoos and their meanings ❤

We love Sloppy Joes. I always make mine with brown sugar and ketchup, I don't care for Manwich. My husband grew up on Manwich and wanted me to make them that way. After I did, he told me he prefers my way. I've never tried them with pickles or cheese. I think I would like them with pickles, though.
So….grew up eating sloppy joes. The weird thing about me with that is that I’ve never had manwich. We always make ours from scratch! But about ten years ago, my sister in law introduced me to adding cheese and pickles….and sorry Adam, I’ve never looked back! So tasty!!
Man….the high highs and low lows of this vlog remind me so much of our very varied topics of conversation on so many Legg Lives of days gone by!!

My husband and I love sloppy joes, we don't have then often because when we aren't on Keto we find other good(bad) stuff to eat. I would eat SJ's with cheese and maybe pickles on the side LOL

I am not a fan of “sloppy joes” but I LOVE Manwich. It’s so much better! Love it with cheese. Have never tried it with pickles.
Having no life attachment to the book I would sell and spend the monies for something that will bring you joy. This lets you almost have an attachment with the book as it bought you guys a treasure and The story of the book can go on and on . This is from someone has a few treasures that I never truly enjoy since they are put somewhere out of reach or sight. Good luck deciding :)
We are sloppy joe people too. I don’t eat cheese in things so don’t do that, but i do love pickles but never had them with sloppy joes. We do make ours with ground turkey instead of ground beef and we like to make tator tots with ours. We probably have them like every other month.
I'd keep the book but that's me. Cool and interesting ink my friends. We board the Dream Nov 10th for the South Caribbean. Will be thinking of ya'll. You should join us on the Dream Sept 8, 2024 in Southhampton England for a British Isles cruise.

I think u should sell the book that can be another vacation to Disney world or a cruise and sloppy Joe's dont eat very often but there's nothing wrong with them.l enjoy comfort food to like for me its pizza and mozzarella sticks or the breadsticks from dominoes.

Sloppy joes are good! I also grew up in Indiana and like cheese and pickles on mine. My high school in Fort Wayne served sloppy joes with cheese. Maybe it’s an Indiana thing.

I like sloppy joes but I like homemade better than manwhich. I think cheese would be okay but I don’t know about pickles in the sandwich.
I would probably sell the book. I have an old copy of cheaper by the dozen, I should see if it has any value.
I would recommend that you not sell the book until you want or need something else that costs $1,000 and you wouldn't have the money needed otherwise. That way you are trading something you don't care about much for something you will care about and appreciate much more.

Ok, confession, I actually DO like it with the pickles on there. They add a little fresh crunch that I enjoy. But can't get behind the cheese. I don't know why, it just feels... wrong. Ha!

I’m with the cheese but I’ll pass on the pickles. I like to do leftover sloppy joe meat with some queso dip and flour tortillas and make sloppy tacos and they are delicious!
Yes to Sloppy Joe's..but homemade. Love sliced raw onions I think it's the crunchy with the sloppy...toasted buns. Sell the book invest the money to see how much money can be generated over time from investing in a $5 book. Then keep us posted yearly on the results...lol

We love sloppy joes. However, in the 10 years we have been married, we have never had them together. We recently were talking about them and our 8 year old son asked us what they were and we felt that we had failed him as parents. Since that convo, we have had them once a week 🤣🤣

I've been toying with getting another tattoo. I have one simple one on my forearm, and I love it. However..... I keep tripping myself up with negative comments such as they are so trendy, wait until your old you wont be able to tell what it is..... Did you have any thoughts like this? if so how did you get over them? Or is it truly just the you only live once and if it means something to you do what you want?
If I have a collectible book like that, I'll probably keep it and try to keep it in a good condition as much as I can!😊 Sherri you sound much better in this video, keep well and take care always!

Sloppy Joe’s bring back childhood memories. My Mom made them using the spice package mix and I think she had to add tomato paste. I ate them open faced without a bun on top. Ok, now I need to make a batch 😂 I say keep the book until you’re positive that you won’t regret selling it.

Love sloppy joes! As a kid the school cooks made what they called pizza burgers...it was basically open faced sloppy Joe with 2 quarter slices of American cheese cross crossed & a slice of bread and butter pickle on the center of the cheese and broiled/baked to melt the cheese some. My favorite memory of grade school....thanks for the memories! I say keep the book it's an investment if nothing else. Love you both and blessings to both of you 🙏
I can’t remember the last time I have had a sloppy joe. I prefer homemade over man which asI am not a big pepper fan. If you aren’t attach to that copy of the book try selling it and put the money towards something you really want that will bring you joy. Sherry’s bag reminds me of my son’s work vest…covered in pins! Great way to express yourself and fun souvenirs to look for on your travels.

Pride and Prejudice is one of my favorites, what a cool thing to have! Keep the book, if you don't need the money. You will regret getting rid of it and it will probably just sit on another book collectors shelf. Also, once it's gone you won't be able to get it back. Enjoy it!

Sloppy Joes: Totally my go to meal when I dont know what to make for my family! Have never tried cheese and pickles so I cant knock it! Book: Hard call! But if not sentimental or not a favorite book/story I would sell to someone who truly would appreciate and care for it. Id use that money for tattoos or travel!

Love love sloppy joes!! We like to chip some bell pepper really small and add it to the beef and use bbq sauce and some ketchup instead of manwhich! I’d say if the book isn’t taking up valuable room then keep it and let the value go up! And then pass it down to someone in your family.
