Will I go back to try The Buffet at Bellagio?

- Hi Guys, I am taking you today to The Buffet at Bellagio Las Vegas for Brunch. I usually visit this buffet every time I am in Vegas as they have a buy 1 get 1 rewards from the myVegas app which brings down the cost to about $30 per person which is a good value for this place as they do have a decent spread of yummy brunch items.
For this latest trip, however, I am disappointed that the restaurant suddenly changed their policy and decided not to honor the buy 1 get 1 rewards so after lining up for payment and feeling really hungry we did not have much choice but to pay the full price for 2 persons :-( i would say that it is difficult to justify paying full price for this place as I am sure there are other restos that offer better food quality like the Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan.
Anywho, it was still a pleasant visit and left the place happy after devouring the meal. Will I visit this buffet again? perhaps yes, but not until they accept the buy 1 get 1 rewards once again.

Well, the only thing that is the same as "the good ole days" is the entrance. Really a lot of vegas buffets took a beating in 2009 and never recovered.
Looks fairly good, but not premium anymore. Self serve drinks is a major sign, and that's not necessarily bad. Saving on labor cost. If it's much more than 40 - $45, that's really pushing it.
Did I miss crab legs? I saw one form of shrimp cocktail. I saw some mussels, and Oysters Rockefeller.
If there isn't King Crab on the menu, I would never eat enough to make Bellagio Buffet economical. Not saying the other food is bad. I'm sure it's not. But for what was shown, as a buffett customer, it's just meh for selection for the price they charge.
Thanks for your comment. Yuh, there was no crab legs on this brunch visit. Perhaps they only have them for dinner? I noticed the meat carving selections are also not the same as it used to be.
It looks like you went after their rush hour. Those before you tore the place up...
Which myvegas app did you use
Hi, it was the 2 for 1 buffet. There seemed to be a miscom between the mlife agents on the casino floor and the folks running the buffet as mlife allowed me to redeem the coupon the day before for use the next day. When we were at the buffet cashier the day of we were told they are unable to honor it. Guess we could have complained but decided to just go for it and pay the reg price as we were already hungry and have lined up for a while.
Does the buffet price come with a roll of toilet paper.
