Back in 2019 I left Las Vegas for Texas, and back in 2018 I left California for Las Vegas (partly from watching Jacob Orth’s videos). I regret neither move, even though I grew up in California. And now that I am coming close to my 5th year anniversary here in Dallas, Texas, I am researching ways to move back to Las Vegas. I am hoping to acquire skills or a job transfer to Las Vegas. I would certainly not just pack up my truck, drive all my possessions to Las Vegas, cross my fingers, and hope for the best. If I do move back to Vegas, I need to either have a job already lined up, marketable skills for the Las Vegas job scene, or a solid plan. Just to be clear, I do NOT hate Texas, in a lot of ways I kinda like it, especially the cost of living and the job scene. The main reason why I left Las Vegas was the horrible economy, and as I understand it, the Vegas economy has gotten worse. I do miss Las Vegas very much and hopefully I would like to move back sometime in the next 5 years. Texas is fine and the people here are nice, perhaps even nicer than Vegas or California. There is a lot of stuff to do here in DFW, but its nothing like Las Vegas. They have a saying in Las Vegas & Nevada that Nevada is East California, which is very true. I am like Jacob in that I grew up on the Central Coast of California, and Jacob grew up in Norcal. There is a big culture difference between Vegas/California & Texas. The #1 reason why I want to move back to Vegas/California is the culture, and perhaps nostalgia. I understand Vegas/California, whereas I dont always understand stuff here in DFW. I would also like to move closer to my family in California as well. So if anyone is looking to move here to Texas, my advice is research it, and I will say that there are a lot of worse places to live in here in the USA. But if you are looking to leave Vegas for better job opportunities you might want to consider making a 1-2 year plan to build a career in Vegas. Although you might make more money outside of Vegas, you might not be happier elsewhere, but that is just my nickel-store advice.
This is for the Vets. Take your DD 214 to the county recorder (the pyramid building downtown) to get a discount on either your auto registration or home property taxes. The discount is about $150.00 per year. This discount never expires.
I’ve been living in Las Vegas for 23 years and what still gets me is the mega hot summers and they feel hotter and hotter as years go by. Other than that it’s a great place.
I moved from Toronto Canada to Austin Texas 8 yrs ago, I still can't get used to the 112° 30-40 days in a row. This year was better than last. I want to move to Vegas, they don't have 40% humidity
@mariedew552 it's due to global warming, primarily carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. There's currently 36 billion tons of CO2 being emitted into the air worldwide each year. This also causes the major bodies of water to warm up, which causes more steam, which fuels the hurricanes. It's the reason there are more Category 5 hurricanes lately. Humans are heating up the planet.
We (NYC) are the original "city that never sleeps" to be called that. When I was younger I always thought that was lame given that bars must close at 4am. But in truth I think besides the fact that bars don't have a legal closing and of course the casinos never close, we are actually more of a round the clock city than you. From the consumer perspective even, better hours for a lot of stuff. Then again for retail of every type most hours are worse since 2020 everyplace and it's probably not ever coming back.
The part about the weather makes me think of a buddy of mine. He’d been to Vegas before, but almost always in the late spring or early fall and a couple times in the summer. One time, he had to go out there in the winter, like mid-January if I recall correctly. He didn’t take any warmer clothes because he didn’t know it got cold out there. It’s still typically warmer out there at that time of year than it is here in Indiana, but it’s still not warm. He got home and when I asked him about his trip, he told me he froze his butt off lol
🎙🎤Great job as usual reporting & providing clear & concise info, Jacob! I remember you did a vid on this awhile back, so nice to hear an update...& reminder why I'm Yay Area for life. Too 🥵 & too 🥶.😂
My experience with car insurance differs. I moved from Los Angeles area and was shocked that my insurance doubled. Home repairs, make sure you check out contractors and get referrals. so many unlicensed contractors doing below standard work. Also beware of a trade person or worker who will tell you "I got a guy" who will do a job for you. The scram is many workers want to act as a general contractor and refer you to his "Guy" with hopes to handle the job for you using the other guy. The deal is the first guy subcontracts to the other guy for a markup on the cost of the job. Always ask who will be doing the work, you or someone else.
I agree 100% regarding the unlicensed contractors, it so easy to print out fake documents on home computers then blanket the neighborhood claiming to be a professional.
Hi Jacob, I am also from San jose CA, moved here in Dec. I enjoyed this video so much, it's funny, everything you talked about is what I told friends and family after 3 months living here. I have started to watch your gambling channel, I need to go to Boulder and play. Thank you for your channels. They are extremely helpful! Thank you
I 100% recommend bringing some chapstick and lotion when you come to Vegas. My last trip to Vegas was in late February, and the wind and dryness dried me out worse than living up here in New England in the middle of winter. And it was in the high-60s or low-70s for the 5 days I was there. And yeah, get some lotion too.
Love the content Jacob! Can you do a video about what hotels have the best fitness centers and what gyms in the city are great for visitors to get in some training during their stay? Thank you!
Thank you Ken for the tip! That's not something I would do an entire video on because it's very niche. Generally speaking though, the strip hotels have pretty good gyms with enough free weights to get in a solid workout. Even some of the cheaper options around town have a pretty good gym (Treasures Island, Luxor, Plaza, Sahara, HIlton Grand Vacation North Strip). The luxury properties are also a pretty safe bet for a larger and nicer gym
First time I went to Vegas - buddy's bachelor party - during Feb or so. It SNOWED. I was on the Strip and SNOW was falling. Wildest thing ever. Really forced me to RETHINK what I thought I knew about Vegas. But now we're looking to buy a 2nd place there and "Sun Bird" down from near Seattle. Winters in Vegas. Summers up in WA. Best of both worlds -- both no income tax, both legal weed. 20 acres in WA for peace and freedom. A small SFH in Vegas to just soak up the sun in the winter and then bounce out about May. Come back around November.
One thing I think might be a valid point on this list is that there's still a lot of public smoking in bars and casinos. Maybe obvious, maybe not but it's very noticeable when coming from a state that bans it.
So true about slot machine everywhere, few year ago. Stop for gas for the trip home, had my wife pump the gas while I bought drinks. I saw my favorite slot machine there, had to drop $20 in it, 5 minute later, i won $650. Paid for my trip.😊
I noticed that also when I started doing road trips from Oregon to Texas and on the way back I go through Texas. I saw slot machines all over, including gas stations!
You brought up a great point. I've been in Vegas for 8 years, my brother for 6, while my parents stayed in California until 4 months ago. We kept telling them how different Nevada was but they didn't take us seriously until they moved here. Now they are the ones visiting California and are surprised how correct we were.
My first and only ticket was close to Rachel Nevada, I had to send everything via email because it was so remote and far away they give you the option. Only went to the strip to laugh at the drunk tourist and to work. Still remember the two days of rain a day, and all the rocks and sand drag from the mountains into the road. I missed it!!!
We have the same points system In Australia Speeding over a certain range is 3 points and fine, 45km over the speed limit is automatic 12 months loss of licence plus car impoundment being on your phone I 4 points and 450 dollar fine
Great video. Another reason that people from Los Angeles County move to Las Vegas, compelled by the reasons mentioned in the video, is that Las Vegas is a place that they are most familiar with. Las Vegas is likely the most frequented out of state place they go to.
I think also most people leave family behind and don't want to be too far from elderly parents or siblings etc. You can still do a quick drive for any family emergency. Well at least that was the case for me with aging parents and a sick dad.
I'm from NYC and always wanted to move to LA, especially since I have lots of friends there. I don't want to live in California though and think I'll move to Vegas. I think a lot of people think like I do!
@@salvadorromero9712 A lot of people think the way that you do because of the negative things of L.A. that are expressed in the media, and, because you are not familiar with the layout and neighborhoods of L.A. South Central L.A. is not all of L.A. There are neighborhoods in L.A. that have names that sound like cities. Some of the most expensive neighborhoods in the nation are in L.A. Also, there are so many adjacent cities to L.A. There is not a problem on every corner, every turn, every block, and in front of every house. L.A. does not have the worst crime per capita (100K people). It has a high number of crime because it is the second most populated city. L A. County is the most populated county in the US. People are still moving to L.A.
@salvadorromero9712 Many people moving to Vegas is because they have to. Including thugs from all over the country. Many people in Vegas move like they are lost. Many people with resources do also move there for a change in life, and what some may consider a better way of life.
The first point also applying for work on job sites, if they ever get back to you after filling out your life story on their website they'll still ask you stuff which if they read the thing they'd know. I even asked some guy who rang me after I applied for his job on Indeed and he admitted they don't read that
Great video thanks. I will be going to las vegas in August and I will be staying at the luxer hotel on vacation. I don't plan to retire in vages for another 10 years or so.
I think cicadas are on 13-18 year cycles, not annually. I'm in Illinois, and there were 2 different groups that came out this year. It was brutal, everywhere sounded like chainsaws. You couldn't even talk on the phone it was that loud. Then the just blankets of dead ones were over everything.
when i moved from San Jose to Vegas, i was not used to the lack of greenery. Also I knew I could be considered a local when I no longer was in awe the sheer massive size of the buildings here. (Also i hate the all of the HOA's here)
There are also wild burros all around the Las Vegas area..Back in the 1800's they would stray while the miners were working in the mines, thus proving that even before the first casino people were losing their ass in Las Vegas.
Don't know what the heck is going on with being a subscriber one day then coming back maybe a week later, and finding out I have to re subscribe again. It's happened with a few Vegas vlogers on here. Anyway, it's a great informative video. I'll be looking for a semi retirement pad there next year.
Came across your vid. Very great info! More info than I've heard in other vids. We're going to be moving there soon from the high desert area in California. Sounds like there isn't much different weather wise than what we're used to here in the high desert. Which is good to know. Also had not heard that about car insurance - being roughly the same as California - another good thing. Thanks for the great info! Will be checking out your other content & might call for a realtor after we get settled in Vegas to help us to buy a home.
That wind is seriously no joke. That and the fact that outside work becomes dangerous during 3pm to 5pm. Go ahead pick up that metal tool thats been backing in the sun for the past 8 hrs. I've used my spare gallon of water more than spare tire. I appreciate your videos. So much more to divulge into living here...
I used to live in Green Valley Ranch, about 5-7 miles from the Strip and the wind sheared off a STREET SIGN from the very bottom. There was only a 2 inch nub on the bottom. Also, that same evening the wind blew away our trash can so far away we couldnt even find it. Me and a roommate walked up and down the block looking for it about 300 yards both ways. We couldnt find our trash can until the next morning where it magically re-appeared. It is still a mystery to me where that trash can went and how it got back to our home. But I believe that wind probably only lasted for about 10 minutes or so.
Securing a quality job can be quite challenging. Many individuals assume that obtaining employment at a hotel will be straightforward; however, this is often not the case.
@@cassidy99fulthe dry heat is a real thing , here in NY we have had 2 months of muggy , humid weather , it's the worst but I've been to Vegas when it's 105 and plus , it was hot to your skin but I was not physically drained , tired , it was dry yes , however u still gotta keep hydrated cause getting dehydrated without knowing it . 😊
@@garyny4073 Absolutely. My family went back east one summer and my mom couldn't go very long without having to sit down because of the hot humid weather. Yes, you do definitely have to stay hydrated In the desert. 😊 .
@@cassidy99ful I used to live in Las Vegas and the heat there really isnt that bad. I now live in Dallas, TX and I will take 100 degrees of Vegas over 80-85 here in Dallas. I cant tell you how many times I would go out in the Vegas sun and be shocked at the triple digits thinking it was only 75-80. I used to think there was a problem with the temperature gauge in my car until I could verify the temperature with the weather reports.
I lived in Vegas for a total of 5 years as a transplant from California. After 18 months of unemployment post 9/11, I received one of those retro checks for Unemployment and my then partner and I made an exploratory trip to Las Vegas to see if we could afford it there. I remember vividly using an Apartment Concierge service to get us applied for apartments! Do they do that still?
Great video...I only disagree with the concept of no points for moving violations. Insurance companies will get their money one way or another and if risky drivers can't be identified and told to pay more, then the less risky drivers end up paying more.
I'm in los angeles now but looking forward to moving to Vegas next summer - the cost of living is much more affordable than California and from what I hear there is plenty of work for school teachers like me
I am a new high school science teacher in Dallas Fort Worth and I was considering transferring my teaching certification to Las Vegas because I am from California and I used to live in Vegas. I believe California, Texas, and Nevada all have reciprocity agreements between each other which means you would be able to avoid the teaching certification requirements when you move to Vegas. I could be wrong, but from the cursory research I have done on teaching in Vegas it doesnt look like teaching is a great idea in Vegas. They pay a lot less and their class sizes are large. Also, I dont know if you are aware, there are some really really violent and bad neighborhoods in Vegas where you wouldnt want to teach. Most people who have never lived in Vegas dont know that Vegas is one of the most violent cities in America even though it doesnt get in the news a lot and the media never talks about Vegas and crime. Now there are some great neighborhoods in Clark County/Las Vegas where it is safe like Green Valley Ranch or Summerlin which would probably be great for teaching, but I am guessing its probably gonna be competitive to get one of those jobs. Like you, I also used to live in Los Angeles (Hollywood just off Gower) and I am also looking for a way to move back to Las Vegas, but if I do move back to Las Vegas it will not be as a teacher, but probably some other career. Just my two cents.
They pay terrible here though and you can tell to many teachers it's just a job the passion is gone. My son is autistic with an IEP and I truly miss his CA teacher more than anything she was Soo passionate about her job and kids. His teacher here was not a bad person but she seemed very overworked and overwhelmed with class of 18 kids should be 12 max with no aids too should have 3 according to district! And the school website has openings for special education teachers starting at 55k it says which imo is Soo low for the work they do!
I moved here from LA four years ago- it's like night and day. No state income tax vs 10%, and you get some much more house/apartment for less money. Add in the other costs of CA and it's a no brainer to me. Honestly, if you're not making at least $300k plus in CA, it's not worth living there.
Teaching jobs don’t pay well out here unless you have your doctorate and or been with the district for 10+ years. My good friend is a principle out here and use to teach at unlv
Yes, wind! I had no idea about the Vegas Valley wind! When I travel, one of the joys is getting out of the Vegas wind. I've had the wind close my car door on my legs. And ya' know when you walk down the street and see a little whirlwind of leaves or trash on the sidewalk?... that's happened over my car's PASSENGER SEAT whirling the trash from my floorboard garbage can. Be careful opening your car door in this crazy wind!
So the Monorail has a huge discount, i think its like $1-2 per way. For tourists its a lot more. The Monorail will ask to see your drivers license and as long as it is a Nevada license you get the discount, even if you are from Reno. Valentines Day will get you free admission to the Mob Museum and also a free dinner at the Palms Casino AYCE through a coupon in the mail. And even a lot of small locally owned restaurants will give you 10% off, but you have to ask for it, they wont just give it to you. A lot of places wont even ask to see your drivers license, they will just give you the discount. But I dont recall getting a discount from a big corporation, except for the casinos. If you sign up for their free programs and identify you as a local you can usually get discounts.
And for freak's sake do NOT get a husky, samoyed or other cold weather dog. They will be miserable most of the time. You should never shave a coat off to keep a dog cool, it'll just get sunburn and it could damage the natural appearance of the coat.
The first installment of our annual property taxes is due on August 16, 2024, so this is a very timely question. 😊 The Clark County Assessor's Office has my house valued at $575,357 for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. The property tax on this value is $6,601.48. That's about $11.48 per thousand. How they determine what your home is worth is a mystery, though. LOL However, Nevada passed a state law that went into effect many years ago during one of Las Vegas' boom periods that caps the property tax adjustment for any one year to 3%. So, even if the value of your home increases by 20%, your taxes can only increase by 3% (for a primary residence, not a commercial or rental property. The commercial property cap is 8%). When we went through one of our economic crashes, property values plummeted. So, the property taxes I pay will continue to increase by 3% every year until it reaches the taxes assessed based on the current value of my home. My tax bill this year is only $3,602.27 because that is 3% over what I paid last year. If you were to buy my home new, you'd pay the full $6,601.48, but long-time homeowners benefit from the tax cap. I hope that makes sense. 🙂

Thank you for making these objectively informative videos man. I’m so tired of people telling me not to move here from California. They’ll give me 100 reasons I don’t care about, but they obviously do. I get it, insurance is high, it’s hot, and there’s not enough specialized doctors. Okay. Cool, I don’t care lol. Thanks again brotha.
Another great and informative video, Jacob. Interesting that, when you were discussing the local sports scene, you didn't mention the proposed relocation of the A's. I know a lot of people who don't think it's going to happen, due to Fisher's bumbling incompetence. I know this, the Oakland Coliseum is going to be rocking on September 26, with more than 40,000 of us giving Fisher and MLB one last middle finger.

Car insurance... had to leave insurance company I was with for over 30 years because they base it off the fact it's a 24/7 drinking and gambling state. They increased my rate 6 times what it was in my previous state. It was insane.
@@markweiner1256 You probably have property taxes limited under the Save Our Homes law. That doesn't apply to newcomers buying in at these inflated values.

I’m from California specifically Los Angeles and I moved to Oklahoma and there’s so many Californians moving to Oklahoma. I don’t know why other than cost-of-living.
Most cheaper cost of living places that aren’t dumps are seeing a lot of growth now…. Some so much that they aren’t considered cheap anymore…. Vegas, Boise, I think OKC is much more now…. Big cities in Texas went up a lot, I’m gonna guess lot of the Midwest sees growth last few years.
When you mention the speeding ticket process in Las Vegas, an off-duty LA County Sheriff Deputy clocked in at 134 mph (2 hours away from Las Vegas), and the Nevada trooper gave him a $800 parking ticket (the off-duty deputy clearly was driving reckless).
thanks, Jacob. I am looking to relocate in summer of next year, ,but the housing market is too insane to want to buy right now, will probably find something to rent until rates come down
I understand. Although some people like to buy right away, renting for 6-12 months can be a good way to learn the area more before making the buying decision.
You've missed the excitement of some Sheriff thinking I'm a kid blowing around town too fast in an EV when in truth he just pulled over grandma in her laplander knit cap and a dog in the back that looks shady. No ticket and boy howdy did I catch him trying to fatten his numbers!
Very informative. As a life long NYer who is 52 and very much considering a move to Vegas, I'd say these are the reasons we consider Vegas for relocation: 1) Like you said, no state taxes. We've been taxed the crap out of our entire lives so we want a break as we age. 2) We typically go to Florida but a lot of us really are already sick of high humidity along with the heat, in as NYC summers can be some of the worst in the country, so Florida isn't much of a weather upgrade 3) The entertainment factor...living in NY you always have access to sports/entertainment but Vegas is almost right up there with NY, especially compared to Florida. 4) Most NYers that relocate aren't from "the city," meaning Manhattan or places urban like the Bronx..we tend to be from outside the city on Long Island or in outer Queens where it's much more suburban like...the Vegas valley brings that suburban feel we want for a somewhat affordable city in the West. Btw, I visited Green Valley Casino in 2023 when the NY rangers were in the playoffs and the place was packed with NYers in the sports book area watching the game. I felt like I was at home. That really convince me that I'll be able to bond with my fellow NY hockey fans in Vegas should I move there.
I'm from NY, a Rangers fan, and live in Vegas. If you can stand it being 118 degrees (or close) for about 45 days straight, sure. If you like doing summer things that you can do in NY, forget it. Too hot. Did I mention the 173mph wind all the time?
@@lobotomyscam1051 I hear ya, but NYC on a 90 degree day with humidity is unbearable. And you know this. Most of us do in fact stay inside. Now, you say 45 days of super heat...do you remember 45 days of sub 30 tempatures, black ice, snow drifts over your car that turn to ice, cars crashing all over the place? That goes on for 90+ days from mid Dec to April. Oh, and this great Summer in NYC you speak of, now we're having the craziest most violent torrential rain storms I've ever seen. The trade off sounds like Vegas wins to me! Maybe you are from Manhattan which has less volatile weather compared to Long Island/Queens where I grew up.
Hey Jacob, do you recommend it for people who don’t have kids and would be making 70K if they moved there? I make more in CA but vegas has lower salaries
Thing is, if a bat ever gets into your residence, and you wake up, and don't remember seeing it when you went to sleep, go to the hospital, RIGHT AWAY, for a rabies series. If you wait until you're symptomatic, it's too late. Had a case in Florida a few years ago, kid messed with a bat, it scratched him, 'rents didn't get him to the ER because shots, and that was that.
Thanks for this. You mentioned spiders... could you talk about them more please. Ive been many times and hid from them but I know they are around. What have your or other posters encounters been???

Hey Jacob. I lived in Vegas from 2005-2020 when Covid hit hard I left. Mainly in Summerlin and Centennial Hills. I am curious, in your opinion, how the town has changed. I know many have left Cali and moved to Vegas. Does it feel less safe there now? More crowded, more traffic? I loved Vegas for a long time, especially those quiet suburbs and nice casinos like Red Rock and Aliante. I just have a feeling its a far different town now. Any feedback would be appreciated

Number 20, Dont, Nevada is a big state, las vegas main can keep it.

Another thing, it's NOT a city that never sleeps. Besides casinos and some bars things generally close just the same as in other cities.
True, but when you work till 7 in the morning, you have plenty of 24 hour bars to go to as well as food choices.
That was so disappointing for me
@jice7074 It seems like all the places I've lived had had late night food choices. And I guess I don't fo early morning bars.

Solo gal here and appreciative of the heads up! Don't forget there are the spring time traveling families offering to fix your roof.....
I agree 100% regarding the unlicensed contractors, it so easy to print out fake documents on home computers then blanket the neighborhood claiming to be a professional.

Thanks for this video Jacob!

There’s snow every year. Also snowboarding in uhhh MT Charleston……
I so enjoy all the info you have shared about Las Vegas no doubt. Thank you! 🤙🏼
These are some really useful insights! It’s so important to know what to expect before moving to Las Vegas.
When you see your first slot machine inside a 7-11, it's just something special.

Indeed!
Grocery stores too, heck I remember K-mart had them when they were in business.
I always enjoy doing local things , places , woman when I visit Vegas, LA , Miami Beach etc 😊
The thought of spending my day sitting at a slot machine inside of a 7-11 is HILARIOUS.
So true about slot machine everywhere, few year ago. Stop for gas for the trip home, had my wife pump the gas while I bought drinks. I saw my favorite slot machine there, had to drop $20 in it, 5 minute later, i won $650. Paid for my trip.😊
That's awesome! 😎
So dropped $2,000 to win $650. Nice!
I noticed that also when I started doing road trips from Oregon to Texas and on the way back I go through Texas. I saw slot machines all over, including gas stations!

Great video. Another reason that people from Los Angeles County move to Las Vegas, compelled by the reasons mentioned in the video, is that Las Vegas is a place that they are most familiar with. Las Vegas is likely the most frequented out of state place they go to.
Lots of porn stars live in LV now too.
I think also most people leave family behind and don't want to be too far from elderly parents or siblings etc. You can still do a quick drive for any family emergency. Well at least that was the case for me with aging parents and a sick dad.

Be careful opening your car door in this crazy wind!
aw, poor baby. try a nyc winter with 3ft of snow drifting over your car door and then turning to ice and being stuck for a week in ya house.
What constitutes a “local” for discounts? Specific municipalities or just living in Nevada?
It depends. I've seen businesses consider Nevada residents in general as locals, but have also seen just Clark County
Don’t forget about the coyotes. Keep small pets leashed or indoors.
And for freak's sake do NOT get a husky, samoyed or other cold weather dog. They will be miserable most of the time. You should never shave a coat off to keep a dog cool, it'll just get sunburn and it could damage the natural appearance of the coat.
I am Jacob , this is my life in Vegas 😊 …

So Jacob, what are the taxes per thousand? We pay about $30 per in Central Wisconsin.
3% on primarily residence.
The first installment of our annual property taxes is due on August 16, 2024, so this is a very timely question. 😊
The Clark County Assessor's Office has my house valued at $575,357 for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. The property tax on this value is $6,601.48. That's about $11.48 per thousand. How they determine what your home is worth is a mystery, though. LOL
However, Nevada passed a state law that went into effect many years ago during one of Las Vegas' boom periods that caps the property tax adjustment for any one year to 3%.

thanks, Jacob. I am looking to relocate in summer of next year, ,but the housing market is too insane to want to buy right now, will probably find something to rent until rates come down
I understand. Although some people like to buy right away, renting for 6-12 months can be a good way to learn the area more before making the buying decision.
I have never got a speeding ticket in California or anywhere else in decades so not high on my worry.

Good analysis! Thank you for sharing your perspective 👍
When I lived in Vegas i didnt see many spiders at all.
In fact, other than the scorpions, 🦂 there are hardly any bugs in Vegas.
I now live in Dallas TX where we have MASSIVE numbers of bugs.
There are a lot of scorpions though.
@@shaft5 Thanks!
Bats are great for eating insects...Yeah bats!
Bat's also around u in vegas when u ratted out , screwed over a connected guy and then you'll experience a few bat's at the same time before u go in the hole in the middle of the night 😮😮😊

The college influence on the community and the military base up north? Any impacts or things to note?
