I'm surprise there weren't more TCU fans there, Oklahoma is playing in their backyard.. There was a small section of purple in the crowd.
Tarus Morgan I thought the same when I saw the crowd. They said the stadium was only 20 minutes from TCU.. Maybe the fans figured it would turn into another loss. Idk.
A huge percentage of OU alumni live in Texas. That probably explains it.
TCU is a third of the size of OU, so the alumni base is much smaller.

Yeah I live like 15 mins from TCU's stadium and the championship was about 30 mins away. Everyone in Fort Worth knew OU was about to whoop them so we all stayed home.

I'm a Ga boi...BUT, the Sooners have a very well rounded team. Ga has serious Offensive depth & great Dfense. OU has good Dfense, use their TE resourcefully & spread out the field consistently!
Savage Savant Our defense hasn't been like that all season. As an OU fan, I hope they keep up the decent defense they've been playing recently, and maybe even get better. But it won't surprise me if they get worse.
