Great song, I have him in videos singing this song, it’s all that, I plays them a lot, ONLY WOMEN BLEED.
Beautiful guitar work that open G tuning everything about this song very well constructed very well written Long Live Alice Cooper
Was saddened to see him recently drop this song from his concerts. The message is a bit dated nowadays, but it's still one of the most powerful songs in his entire catalog.
I saw Alice two weeks ago. The song was in his show.
@@robertroe9669 - Excellent!!! They must have added it back in due to requests.
What a great song. Covered by quite a few artists
My friend was the guitarist back then Dick Wagner💕🙏
He played it this summer when we saw him.
He definitely a treat!
Good one Mr. Sugarman!
🙏🤗☕️cheers
The Master
Great version, even if it is the short version.
That seemed too short!😢 I do like that song, though. Appropriate artist for Halloween. 😜
What a great show, glad I subscribed.
How fitting to start Halloween with Alice cooper today ! 🤘 happy Halloween ! 🎃 space ace ron ⚡️⚡️⚡️
Ahhhh. Wireless Microphones in the 70's 😁🤘
Pretty much the same band backing Lou Reed on RnR Animal
Good song...sounds very similar to "Letter to Britannia from the Union Jack" by Ian Hunter
From the Nightmare album. Great album. And Prakash John was in it on top of that.
Davey Johnstone!
Feels like there was more to this song than what's here. Was this the full performance on MS or was some edited out?
He played much shorter versions of certain songs on the Madhouse Rock tour. If you watch The Strange Case of Alice Cooper, it is only about two minutes long as well.
Me gustaría ver, CCR. Son mí favoritos , un Abrazo , Rafael desde La Argentina!! Gracias!!
@@davehewitt2871 Cool. Thanx for the info!
I’m assuming that Alice Cooper wrote this song before he stopped drinking. Supposedly he stopped drinking and using drugs and then he took up golf. I guess he’s a really good golfer. Hopefully he changes out of his stage uniform before hitting the links. Unless it’s Halloween, of course. Which it is.
When From the Inside came out, he had just gotten out of rehab for alcohol but immediately started using cocaine which he then got hooked on. It nearly killed him. That's why he looks so terrible during this time. He made a comeback in 1986 with the album Constrictor.
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Now that right there is a song for all those ex wives out there! hahahahha Aloha~~ from Hawaii~~ 🍍🤙🤙
I wonder if they make that outfit in mens sizes?
Starting at 1:40, there appears to be a woman passed out on the edge of the stage. Was that part of the act somehow, or was she just drunk?
No, I don't believe it was part of the act. She seemed to recover shortly afterwards as you see her head up at 2:10. Definitely a strange sight! You could tell Alice was checking on her.
1:40 the hell?
I’m a dude and I bleed too. As a matter of fact, when I was doing dishes today I dropped a plate, tried to catch it, and it shattered. Next thing I knew I was bleeding all over the sink. It was heartbreaking. True story. Well, except for the “heartbreaking” part although my wife won’t be happy because I got some blood on a chair afterwards.
Humor fail.
Leave it to Alice to write one of the biggest hits favoring Women's Lib. (:
creepy! I read that Queen left "Fat Bottom Girls" off of their latest greatest hits CD. Might offend somebody!!
You don't quite get the song ,do you.
Want whole song. Great performance even as Alice is a straight-up addict at this time. From the Inside great record. Alice has his demons at this time, but much prefer his work then to what he became: a bible-thumping, auto-pilot star for late-middle aged men bowing to Alice Cooper Inc.
I'm no fan of Bible-thumpers, but Alice is fairly subtle about his religion, and he never preaches. Brutal Planet has some fairly subtle Christian messages....well, maybe only subtle by Stryper standards, but I find it inoffensive.
Alcohol had taken over by this time
I remember they only would say “only women”. On top 40 radio. Ridiculous even for 1975
That's the title of the song: "Only Women". The Midnight Special incorrectly added "bleed" to the title of this video.
