Thank you for your kind words. I got stalled just under 300 lbs on my benchpress, so I figured it was a good time to go back to basics, rebuild my benchpress and rehab a few injuries at the same time.

A video i watched on RUclips was about rice bucket training, he said it fixed his elbow pain. His hands also grew over a year.

Thank you for stopping in with this comment. I've seen that before too. I'll give it a try. I've been doing light high rep gripper training the last couple weeks and it seems to be helping. I'll try the rice bucket too though, I've heard good things.
Thanks again for taking the time to share that recommendation, I appreciate it. 🤜🤛

Where did you get that wrist roller?

I made it. I cut down a piece of pvc pipe to the same length as a barbell sleeve. Then I cut a slot in it. I used mule tape as the rope and tied a carabiner off on it. I either loop it through a kettlebell handle, or load weights onto a loading pin. It works really slick.

@ it’s a good idea. I’m surprised no equipment manufacturers make one that goes in the end of a barbell like that.

Yeah, I am too, actually. It's super simple, very lightweight, and easy to store, but it works really well. Maybe I'll patent it😂
