    Omg I don't know how to thank you. I wanted to cry looking at the instructions. I freaking hate setting up machines..it makes me not wanna sew cause setting up the machine and thread is such a hassle but you made it look so easy and you were so clear with your explanations. I feel sooooo damn happy about setting the whole thing u. Thank you so much, you're truly an angel

    I have watched a lot of "how-to" videos for this particular machine and not one of them comes close to your video! In fact, I learned more in 10 minutes from watching this video than I have in the past 5 hours that I have been trying to teach myself how to sew. You are so good at teaching!! Thank you so so so SO MUCH!! I cannot tell you how invaluable this video is to me now. Keep up the amazing work and I think you should really look into becoming an educator. You are an amazing teacher!

    This was perfect! I’ve never used a sewing machine before. Only hand stitched. So I did a google search of best sewing machines for beginners and found this one. I took one look at the manual and was completely overwhelmed. Thank you so much for making this video.

    Hello! I'm a first time sewer and just bought this machine. I absolutely hate reading instruction manuals and it is so hard to understand something without seeing it "live". I loved this video and it was so helpful! I'm up and running because of you. Now I need to learn how to actually hem pants and other things. Make more videos!

    Lin, Thank yo so much! I read and tried to follow the written directions 100,00,000 times and couldn’t thread the machine. Watched your video and 10 minutes later I’m sewing!!! Your a great teacher... I’m glad I didn’t throw the machine away, haha!

    I just used my bc-2500 for the first time in probably 8 years. I needed a refresh as I originally learnt to sew on much older machines and I had a complete mind blank when I sat down to use this model. This was such a straight forward instruction video so thank you very much for the help!

    Hi Lin, thank you for your clear and concise tutorial. You speak slowly and show close ups so that those of us that are beginers dont have replay 5 times to catch the action.     You are fantastic! I just spent 2 hours reading the instructions for my new Brother CS6000i and gave up when it came to using the guide to thread the needle. Of course RUclips has everything and you were the 2nd video I watched. If only I had seen your video first, I would have saved myself 2 hours of struggle.     Lin, your instructional video is better than many I have seen on RUclips, Clear, concise and your close ups are great. Most instructional videos do not use close ups with repeated instructions, great idea it made it so easy to follow you. Keep up good work, & thank for helping me.

    I've had this machine for years and never known how the needle threader worked. I just always do it manually. It took a few tries with the threader so I'm not sure if it's any easier for me but I'm glad to know how now. Thanks for the close ups.

I was a watchmaker for many years and for all the people who think a watch is complicated, a sewing machine is 10 times more so.     I went back to set up my machine. I found another video. She spoke way too fast and flew through it without taking a breath. I doubled back to find this one and I did it along with you. I was able to figure out why I was getting error messages. Thank you so much. I will look for more of your videos.

Straight to the point, detailed, the close up views (perfectfly on point) and instead of music all throught the video you just play it on example views... The best... And language etc...     Wow, I just want to say thank you! You are a wonderful teacher! I just bought this sewing machine to be able to make some face masks, for the Covic-19 pandemic, and I was so frustrated because the instructions were not clear and I was going nowhere with the machine because I never use one in my entire life, so before return the machine I decide to see if I could find somebody, who can teach me how to do it, so I follow all your steps, and I did it, I was able to do everything the way you did!       Pamela Rundle you cant beat an industrial singer! I used my mom’s sometimes, but I like the CS6000 for the extra stuff the computer allows you to do. You can get quite creative with embroidery 😊
