After trying to control a lot of things in my life and realizing the state of consciousness it was putting me in, I learned that trying to control everything isn't the way to achieve success or alignment. As a recovering control freak myself, I would try and control the process and outcomes of almost everything in life. Those of you that can relate to this, also know that being this way often attracts anxiety, unnecessary resistance and friction between you, your actions and your manifestations.
The key to healing the "control freak" within yourself is to realize that the mechanism of needing to control comes from childhood experiences. We make decisions based off affirmations we receive in our reality. Say for example, if as a child, someone faced abandonment issues or trauma from parent(s), that will become a trigger to an adulthood pattern. The need to control things in adulthood can easily be tied back to the need to feel certainty and safety. Once you realize this, you can make the choice to heal, let go more and trust the universe.

A good analogy: your manifestation is scolding hot coffee ☕️ and the universe will only bring it to you when it’s consumable. But people want everything on their own accord so they burn themselves time and time again❤️ hope this helps 1 person

I'm a action person. When people do nothing, they can't learn without experiencing different emotions.
I think it’s a mixture of both - asking the universe for what you want, having the faith it’ll happen if it’s meant for you and aligning your actions with what you want.
Emotion = Energy in Motion
The Universe responds to how you feel; not to what you think or what you do.
to be honest it takes both love
The Universe will give you the opportunity to accomplish what you want, it then boils down to you to take it with both hands and use it, the Universe won't just put it in your lap, you also need to take action to prove that you want it.

This is exactly what I needed to hear. There is so much freedom and peace when you let go of control and trust that it'll happen.
I’ve been talking to my higher Self & my angels lately. ”Is this the right relationship for me? Is this the right man for me?” I trusted I would get an answer sometime. The other day my boyfriend broke up with me. I allow myself to grief and cry.
My ego is yelling and crying in the back of my head. But I know this is for the best.

Aaron. I had just considered taking my own life this past Saturday. I have never had such a low opinion of myself before in my life.
Right now I’m sitting here wondering how it was even possible that I’ve let myself sink this low. The thing is, I’m currently on a journey to transform, and when I made critical errors during that journey as a result of putting myself out there, it caused me to feel overwhelmed beyond belief and want to give up on it all. I’m still shocked that I was even capable of having these awful thoughts.
We are capable of those thoughts. It's just that now you see you don't need to take thoughts seriously. Especially when they feel bad 🌸

To sum it all up: The best way to trust the universe is to learn to trust yourself. Rather than just indiscriminately repeating the mantra "let go," get curious about what specifically is preventing you from stepping up. And then let go of that specific thought, belief, assumption or whatever it is.

Thanks Aaron. Your video brings so much of peace to me. Currently I am going through the spiritual awakening and I have been currently feeling disconnected with my parents, friends around me. Also had a few relationships failure, which drained my energy. I am an empath, I feel so much of emotions into my body that I can’t explain. This led me to my spiritual awakening. My depression led me to expand my consciousness. I can’t explain how does it feels. It feels like you are loosing friends, you can’t keep up with your family expectations. I have left job which used to pay me more, but drained my mental health. I am now working with very less salary but it keeps my mental health intact. I am now not a conventional daughter to my parents where my parents expect me to get married or earn more. I am just trusting the Universe right now and its process. I am healing from my childhood trauma. This community gives me so warmth. I just feel that I am not alone. I always cursed myself feeling too much of emotions. But now I feel that I am not alone.
This was SO timely for me as I just got off a coaching call where I shared that I want to start trusting God and trusting myself, letting go of attachment and having fun in what I'm doing. Thank you for this breakdown and help for me to do just that!

This was absolutely a blessing to watch Aaron and I’m so grateful! An amazing video! I had a coworker being negative today but I completely had confidence in myself to turn his day around and allow him to see his situation in a grateful way when in the past I would usually agree negatively with the person creating more negative situations. So it’s completely true that when we trust ourselves that our love and light will reflect off of us it will be seen by others :) my coworker thanked me and now is having a great day :)
