When I focused on improving myself all I got was the exact same thing I got before, oh wait. I never stop trying to improve myself and yet, as always, I never had doors open. I always had to drag a ladder with me and climb through the air vents frustrated at why nothing was improving and only ever got worse and worse.
It's still getting worse. This planet is terrible and only for fully abled neurotypicals.

Life is meant to be enjoyed with these observations in mind, so one can experience it to life’s own maximum potential, and all it has to offer.

Everytime I listen to this man speak, it just about brings me to tears. I wish I couldve been alive when he was and couldve met him. He truly was an ascended master/lightworker.
He never died look at all of us feeling more alive because of him death is an illusion he is with us… we are lucky that we access him whenever we want imagine! No need to drive anywhere he is right here
I JUST learned how to meditate about 20 minutes ago, plus the time to type this.
Of course I've tried to meditate before today, but this was 100% different. It almost felt out of body, I've been feeling odd lately and it helped me so much this time. I thought music would go well with it AFTER I did it. When I had opened my eyes I knew where my phone was, cause I put it there.. Well I meditated without my phone and when I stopped and opened my eyes I was looking directly at it, I meant too. Anyway I wanted to meditate with some binaural beat or something with a mountain on it. I opened the RUclips app and scrolled down a few and I see a video that explains exactly what I did, meditate. I haven't looked up ANYTHING about Alan Watts or even noticed ANY related recommendations recently. Right before i got my phone, and after quitting a game called For Honor, I randomly did this...
I CLOSED MY EYES, and imagined if I was blind. How would reality, not just look, but feel? For a moment I thought of my hand, keeping it still, I felt my blood pulsing to my finger tips. I was sitting on my right foot, on a chair, and leaning my right elbow on the armrest. My hand was close to my face, my eyes were still closed. I kept my whole body as still as I could too, but focused on my hand. I imagined my finger bones and I could feel movement in of my hand that I normally don't pay any attention too. I opened my hand all the way and relaxed in that position and let my hand close when I felt like it. Eyes closed.
I started "grooving with the eternal now." When I realized I was meditating, it became easier to do if I kept my hands still. I no longer needed to imagine I was blind. I also felt like I kept my mind still. I slowly moved my fingers AS SLOW as I could, and it really DID feel like I was digging in reality with my hands, when I moved them, slowly. I felt very relaxed! I felt like I was one with everything around me, even though my eyes were closed.
Maybe that's not how I felt but that's my best explanation.. emotion wise?
I was also thinking about "phantom hand." You know? When you close your eyes, then wave a hand in front of your face. You can almost see a shadow like shape of your hand? Even in the dark, not sure it's a real thing. Stare at your hand, then closes your eyes and try to see your hand with your eyes closed. Move it around a little, too.
It was kind of like 'phantom hand', but really meditation, and something more advanced than that because thats not just how I would describe how things looked... per say? I kept the idea of being blind and felt like I hightened my sense of touch/feeling.
ANYWAYS
I focused on how I was feeling and then felt so happy all of a sudden, I started to get tears because I felt SO GOOD.
Now, the reason I'm sharing this is because 1. I'm just stuck typing about it. 2. When I say I felt so happy all of a sudden, I really mean that and if your not feeling emotionally well you NEED TO FIGURE IT OUT RIGHT NOW.
Joyfully, I looked up toward something and felt HAPPIER. I felt SO good, like extremely satisfied. When I started to move both hands, I appreciated those tears on my cheeks, I felt wonderful. I dont know what that was but I'm glad I discovered it.
If you dont understand, look at your hand(s) and just know. Feel it with YO BRAIN dont touch. Not what I mean by feel it, SENSE IT! Now do the same thing with your eyes closed but just imagine your blind and keep looking at your hand, know it's there. It'not hard, it's your hand. Try sensing the inside of your hand with your eyes closed, does it feel warm? Tingly? Feel the blood pressure? You are in the now. Try staying still and feeling the same way about it. How slow can you move your hand? How does it feel to move 1 finger super slow? The only reason I stopped is because i thought I looked funny lol.
I'm just sitting on a chair in my room! This was a LOVELY experience. I know I did it right I'm not oblivious to this. If anyone understands this, great!
I understand it, readed the whole thing. its beautiful that you´re sharing this, I meditate for like 7 months now, it feels great. just do it on a way that works for you, forcing it won´t help. I wish you all the best on your journey and maybe after some time we can even come back to this comment, to share how it´s like.

Nice i used to do this a lot as a child in a way i would BE my foot or BE my hand and not my mind for a while and it was so nice. I havent done that for a while. I had one time when i was watching sadguru and i realised we are the same being except that he has consciously made himself what he is and i have mostly let myself be formed unconsciously and i looked at him and recognised myself and then my brain just like yours interrupted to put a word on it and ruined it. But i didnt mind because i felt like my head had gone above the water and although i was now back down under just having that memeory of the moment of being above was awesome. Thanks for sharing.

Disagreements and misunderstandings are proof that we are unique personalities with freewill. Having personalities is proof that personality can only be bestowed on a creature by a Creator with personality, hence our Father in Heaven, and not just a mechanistic universe or some mystical force.
Unfortunately not. Your personality unique to you alone is simply the brain deciding from birth to death every single second of your life from the billions of incoming signals to the human body at any one given second. It's therefore impossible anyone could experience life as you do. That's what makes you unique.
When I focus on bettering myself the universe sent me chaos and hardship and obstacles after obstacles until I dropped and it took all my hard effort and showed me I was to be punished for how hard I tried. So now I've lost hope and I don't try. I'm still alive. I let myself die but woke up on life support. Don't know why it's sending me back here. It took everything I worked hard for and asked for away and kicked me over and over, so I'm still here for no reason. I don't talk to anyone. I don't try to make anything work. I know God gave everyone else all these things an just took from me and tool from me.. so I guess the universe has its favorites. I'm all done here now. Can't wait until I get to pass away

I feel so stuck. And its like all I need is just in front of me but I cannot grab it. Theres this girl and we have the most vulnerable moment but yet I cannot make anything of it. And you feel the longing. But still. The right actions you wish you took at that moment are not in line with the dao.

I like this guy and Navajo videos like this . Simple life skills ... hard to trust. Hire decent people is key . Problem start up. I worked with many you never trust. Vandalism.... I'd hire amish . Learned this years ago but people beat it out of you ... I learned to be simple cheap effective. That works against criminals. Cheap to fix... learn to invest safely. Cant vandalize that money making more ..

A subject to consciousness and a dillusion of world's
1. Unconscious mind makes 95% of your decisions.
2. It is the library of your life. It knows everything about you.
2. Autonomous. it works on repetition to keep you alive and does not like to change the repetition.
3. It only operates in the present.
4. It only reacts to pleasure and fear.
5. When you get the conscious the unconscious and the subconscious to work together. You will be in control.
6. In the beginning, you will have to work with it repeatedly. As time moves on, it will become retrained.
7. Working with it is a Lifetime job.

I would love to believe this but nah. I always used to think everything happens for a reason … but then I make really bad decisions because of ingrained anxiety. So yes. I always make mistakes. Also people make awful choices and end up in crap lives. So I really want to believe this but now after making a really bad decision I see that it’s all rubbish. Sometimes you do really need to commit to something to make it happen and not just ‘trust in the universe’
