Yo soy parte interesada al ser un componente del coro como barítono.Lo que puedo decir es que fué la obra mas difícil de aprender, por ser una lengua complicada,y por tenerla que cantar sin partitura.

though they have excellent voice projection, medyo magulo ang blending.😂 i guess, they need to refine each individual part and be more conscious of the song emotion (joyful yet sweet). further, they sang it quite fast to the extent that i do not understand what they are singing anymore. yet still good rendition i can say.👏👏👏
Thank you Lito for your comment. You are probably right in your assessments. I understand your problem with the language because it was the first time for us that we sang in Cebuano.
i was talking about tempo which is quite fast. if u can make a bit slower, perhaps u could have made it clearer. diction is understandable to me because u guys are foreigner. i have no comment to that.😊✌️
@@LitoFlores-bc9yq They are using THE GEORGE HERNANDEZ arrangement. Speed / tempo is up to the choir director's PREROGATIVE on how they WANT to INTERPRET such song. You CANNOT DICTATE how A FORM of ART is suppose to be interpreted. THE ARTIST DECIDES. You just SHOWED the REALITY how different people view / interpret works of art when viewed from different angle. Same with music. Some would be pleasing to someone's ear, some would just be totally just a noise. Different strokes for different folks.

As a former competing chorister, I like to congratulate them for the effort, just the effort. But the way it was interpreted is really odd.
NOT ODD. That's what songs are about. DIFFERENT SINGERS, DIFFERENT INTERPRETATION.
