Guys, don't you appreciate how much these RUclips channels (ScreenCrush and New Rockstars) are trying so much to save the MCU. They do so much than Marvel does. Props to them.
It gets ridiculous because it's all speculation or what they would do and they don't work at marvel so it's pointless. I'm starting to hate this channel because of these stupid videos. Easter egg videos are OK...for now.
Truly at this point they deserve to be on marvel payroll the way they are doing all they can to generate and sustain interest in such a downer period for the franchise..
They should include Kang in Doomsday one way or another, even if its a minimal role. Either have Doom defeat the council of kangs to steal their tech or have him be the villain in Doomsday and Doom can defeat him to become the big bad. So many of us were heavily invested into the Kang character for it just to be completely scrapped.
I was really disappointed when RDJ was announced as Doom, he had his run as Tony Stark and there are so many other actors to choose from. But I can vibe with this theory your spinning, if it's what they do.
If you watch that last Eternals 2 video SC posted, it's said that Bob Iger's directive to Feige is to make "guaranteed hits", so instead of casting someone new for Doc Doom, they're going for the nostalgia angle so the Avengers movies make more money. Sadly, Feige has a boss to report to as well.
It’s highly possible, if you think back to Endgame, Tony told Cap that, time punches back when he figured out about time travel. Dude already met Kang.
Why would Kang be afraid of one of his great^n grandfathers? No Doom, no Kang. It was finding Doom's old tech that let baby Kang start to explore time.
They would've broken the internet with that. Kang would still have to be the big bad because Kang has to fight the council. Then eventually, the avengers and then when doom arrives he would need to deal with him too. Kang had a crazy role in the MCU with so many potential super fights that only Kang would be able to handle. Doom would've working in the shadows as he does while kang is playing on the field wrecking everybody. Couldve been a hell of a story and the best story told yet...
I feel bad that Kang is not going to be in Avengers The Kang Dynasty because I thought that was going to be a great ending and have a great villain for a multiverse saga; I hope that, if they don't have The Kang Dynasty, that they just never bring him up again, that plot thread just never gets resolved
Exactly. No matter what they wiped out a whole saga. Then now everyone is throwing anything that sticks to add Doom. Doomed wasn't part of the plan in no way. all theories was what Kang was going to do. Now that Johnathan Majors is out and they rushed in Doom. All I want in life is for Kang's plotline to go a little further and tie into the Doom one. It would such a damn shame if it completed ended in Loki S2.
I don't know about this, Ryan. Why would Marvel bring back anything more than the bare minimum of Kang when they've already completely pivoted to Doom? For all we know, the post-credits scene of Fantastic 4 First Steps could be RDJ's Doom wipe out all the Kang variants from Quantumania, or it'll be the first scene from Avengers Doomsday. And while Doom going to see Loki to take his seat at the end of time does make sense, bringing the Beyonder in might just be unnecessary especially if the MCU will be omitting Battle World and simplifying it for the Void.
Kang is like Rick in Rick and Morty. He fears being out of control. At least in the MCU, we can see why Kang fears being out of control. Rick and Morty we get a brief glimpse of what reality looks like outside of Rick's multiverse through the eyes of Evil Morty briefly, but I think Rick's issue is the fear of the unknown and not having control over it.
I’m not sure it makes sense, but I would love to see Loki as a hero going up against Dr Doom. I love Loki and I love Tom Hiddleston. If Disney only wants guaranteed hits, it seems like bringing back a popular actor and character would be a good idea, IF they can come up with a good script.
I’ve got 2 ideas 1. Jonathan Majors was originally gonna play Doom as a variant or ancestor of Kang. At the end of the multiverse saga Doom accepts defeat and becomes He Who Remains. So they recast the Doom part of Majors role with RDJ. 2. Doom was visited by his future descendant Kang, in which Doom stole his power/tech and began his attack on the Multiverse. Later on, the descendant Kang would show up to help the heroes defeat Doom and then it would be revealed that this Kang was He Who Remains.

Also he doesn't know if they are related and if killing doom erases himself( though that's not how time travel works in the MCU)
My thoughts exactly, Disney panicked and fired Majors even tho he was innocent, then had to save face paying RDJ crazy cash to come back, but u want us to believe Kang didn't have a full proof plan until the plot didn't fit the plans
I like the idea of Kang putting Loki on the throne in order to let his own variant from a branched timeline come to fruition. I find it hard to believe Loki got over on He Who Remains. That kind of defeats the purpose of him KNOWING ALL and SEEING ALL. Not to mention, he sits at the END of time. That's like saying you did something that God didn't know about, lol.
Great video but I think it repeats itself a little too much. See here's the thing: This video makes some very good points, but in the process, it repeats itself. That gets more repetitive when you realize that things that are being said were said just moments before. That means that this video is a video that repeats itself.
It actually kind of makes sense, most of Kang's power is just future/alternate timeline tech. If you are the first to develop the tech to travel through time/multiverses in a unique position, fighting people with the same tech as you (as well as likely superpowers on top for a bunch) wouldn't be easy, Kang is defeated a lot even going back in time, but you mostly wouldn't go too far back as you need a bare minimum tech level to not start from scratch for anything you need to repair, recharge, reload or build so the majority end up in the 19th century on.
This might be the plan….. hope they don’t recast Majors…. But rehire him as a cliffhanger after secret wars to show that it was all apart of his plan and Loki is devastated
So, let me get this straight. If this was all part of Kang's plan, does that mean Disney (or Kevin Feige) had always intended to fire Jonathon Major and replace Kang with Dr. Doom? Is that because they knew, even before they hired him, that Majors would assault his girlfriend? Or if he hadn't assaulted her, would they have just found another excuse? I am kidding, of course, but Ryan has come up with a pretty good story/plot for Marvel to use going forward. I do have one quibble, though. Ryan (and Feige) may want Secret Wars to end with massive barriers that prevent future multiversal travel, but I don't think Bob Iger would let him do that because Iger wouldn't want to prevent future multiversal crossovers because of how much money they make. So how about, instead of Wanda, Loki, Billy, and Franklin making it impossible to travel between universes, they say had made it much more difficult, but the ways that are still possible wouldn't endanger universes, i.e., no more incursion. That way, the three Peters can still have their reunions. Alternatively, they say no more cross-universe travel, but someone comes up with a comic book reason to allow that when they are ready to make Avengers Nostalgia Express Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3.
@@damonharrison8409 Just because a case is dismissed, prosecutors decline to file charges, or a jury finds a defendant not guilty, it does not mean the defendant was innocent. Not guilty means the prosecution failed to prove a defendant's guilt "beyond a reasonable doubt." Even if a jury thinks someone probably (i.e., more likely than not) did it, they can still find him not guilty. I haven't been following Major's case closely, but if I had to guess, dismissing his case was part of his plea agreement. It's common in cases like Majors" for a defendant to pay a fine and do some community service, and then if they go a year without being arrested on a new charge, their case is dismissed. I had something like that happen to me. A week after I graduated from law school, my girlfriend got into an argument with a woman on a beach in CT. I got between them and pushed the woman back. They charged her with assault because my girlfriend had a black eye. I was charged with Breach of the Peace for literally BREAKING UP A FIGHT! I was trying to explain what my case was about to a woman who worked in the courthouse, and she responded, "Oh, you hit your girlfriend." "No, some other woman hit my girlfriend!" It's been 25 years, and that still pisses me off. The States Attorney refused to drop the charges even though the "defense of another" privilege clearly applied. He was pressuring my girlfriend to agree to dismiss the charges against the woman who hit her. Ultimately, the charges against both of us were Nolle Prossed with leave to amend. I avoided being arrested for a year, and the charge against me was dropped. I seriously considered going to trial, but I didn't want to have to tell my new job; I needed time off because I would be on trial as a defendant, not a lawyer. I did have to write out a full legal size, single-spaced explanation of the circumstances of my charge and an explanation of why I should still be admitted to the NY Bar. Uggh.
I agree they need to recast Kang. Loki season 1 you had different actors/actresses portraying different Loki variants, so why does Kang have to be played by Majors? That's the thing that doesn't make sense to me. Why CAN'T Disney just recast the Kang character with a new actor/actress and have a line in the film, "Oh, you killed THAT Kang. I'm his variant." Cancelling sequels and shit is what DC does. While I don't feel comfortable bringing back RDJ to portray Doom, I do see some ways it can work IF they have a good story. The main issue I have is similar to Majors always playing Kang. Why? Why is it an alligator can be Loki, but NOBODY else can be Kang or Iron Man? Why is it the black guy playing Falcon can become Captain America instead of Bucky like in the comics, but NOBODY else can be Kang or Iron Man? That's my issue with Disney. My issue with Disney worries me because I've seen how bad the DC has been done constantly rebooting characters and replaying the same origin story over and over and over and over and.....I did that on purpose so you feel what I feel. Annoyed. On a bigger scale, I feel DC is doing a disservice to the film industry as a whole wasting time constantly rehashing old stories instead of coming up with something creatively new. MCU I won't get tired of as long as they keep the story moving towards what feels like an end goal for the MCU. It's kind of like Dragonball in that characters keep getting more powerful, yet you see time passing and know eventually Goku will bring ultimate peace to the multiverse. Eventually there will be a collosal scale battle when good will win, and we can all move on with our lives to the next big Hollywood hit.
Well there's a theory that the dr doom isn't actually a villain variant of Tony Stark, but rather that Tony Stark is a hero variant of victor von doom. I like that way more because they can easily introduce the "real" tony stark without it being a recast.
FYI, there are no scientific theories about the multi-verse. There are only scientific ideas and maybe a Hypothesis. However, to qualify as a Hypothesis, the idea must be testable.
The only thing I think is the re-casting of RDJ is an awful choice. I'd prefer an unknown over putting the same actor back into the mix as a different character. If you're desperate for him to return, then pick a method of reviving Stark. There ARE plenty.
Wait, could this be how they do Dark Avengers, with DoomTony filling in the role of Norman Osborn from the comics? I mean Sentry / Void Bob is coming soon, the Dark Avengers under Doom assaulted the Asgardians... seems like something Loki would try to put a stop to.
So, just a thought. If RDJ is gonna be playing Doom, a character who is known for mixing both Tech and Magic, what are the chances he uses Magic the same way Strange Supreme was, in What If... and instead of causing these Universes to be destroyed, he is absorbing everything, taking the entire universe into himself, and gaining more and more power, and when Loki sees his, but it's unable to really interfere he pulls the Fantastic Four out of that soon to be destroyed universe, while Doom collects the remnants as a trophy, and begins using that universal power along with his Mystic Arts, to begin crossing into the multiverse and absorbing more power. He might get the idea from Galactus devouring worlds, since he is supposed to be in the F4 movie, and Doom is always considered to be just below or alongside Dr Strange when it comes to his mastery over the Mystic Arts. And it would just be a way to pay off an idea in What If.
The only channel where I could see that agrees to lokis decision of giving everyone second chance is all plan of he who remains. But what I feel is that his plan of doing so was to see how his trick could help him device a plan to defeat Dr.Doom( Tony's variant ). Tony was the only hero to kick both the asgardians ass and the only two asgardian who also pissed off tony stark. So loki is quiet capable of planning to defeat Dr. Doom. But i feel doing so will not only put loki at risk but will also make Dr.Doom more powerful.
No No No…😂😂😂 kang was NOT connected to Doom. There’s no theory. Don’t BS like New Rockstars by trying your hardest to connect this storyline lol Johnathan Majors was fired. RDJ was hired again… that’s the new Marvel Storyline. Leave it at that.
Even if they did they did this I really think the kangs could play a big role both avengers movies . They could make them take to place of the beyonders. Making them creating chaos on each timeline universe and letting each universe to die and comes doom . Maybe they could make references towards reed Richard and possibly doom related toward the kangs . I also think it wasn’t a coincidence that they made the new fantastic four movie feel like a 60s future world and the tva kind does look like the 60s office. Makes you think if he who remains is from that 60s universe and release his ancestors came from the 616.

13:08 Doom's plan mirrors comic events, aiming to obliterate the Multiverse.

i bet the flashes from that flashing beacon are loki's heartbeats
I find it hard to believe Loki got over on He Who Remains. That kind of defeats the purpose of him KNOWING ALL and SEEING ALL. Not to mention, he sits at the END of time. That's like saying you did something that God didn't know about, lol.
Great video but I think it repeats itself a little too much. See here's the thing: This video makes some very good points, but in the process, it repeats itself. That gets more repetitive when you realize that things that are being said were said just moments before. That means that this video is a video that repeats itself.
Lmaooo you're not wrong
“Super demanding that you went straight there but yes” 😂
For those who dont know dr doom is not a variant of Tony Stark.
Why doesn’t hang just rule in his time ? If there’s so many hero’s in that 2000s
Not gonna lie I hope you guys theory comes true bc this is cinema! Chefs kiss to everyone who participated on this theory
This might be the plan….. hope they don’t recast Majors…. But rehire him as a cliffhanger after secret wars to show that it was all apart of his plan and Loki is devastated
Everything is just a theory till the next few movies are actually officially released.
Marvel is dropping the ball with Kang! They need to bring him back! Give Jonathan his job back!!!!
Yes, yes, and no, respectively. Recast Kang, bringing Majors back is a bad idea
@kaiburrkathhound They can't, it was in his contract that only he can be Kang!
They dismissed Majors entire case yesterday, dude was innocent the whole time smh.
Uggh.
idk if u saw my comment back in loki s2 video, but feels really good to see me being right in an screencrush video
I'm his variant."
Cancelling sequels and shit is what DC does.
Sad. I liked Kang and the lore. I'm tired of Robert Downey Jr. too.
Than demand for Kang dynasty bro
Bruh the loom only maintained the sacred timeline of the 616 and hid it from the variants we saw in the post credits of Quantumania .
I wanna see variants interacting with each other finally. I wonder when we will see that.
This video ROCKS 💯💯💯
Yes just recast Kang. Just move the story along.
It would be so weird if we see Doctor Doom killing Loki in the beginning of Avengers: Doomsday.
Mobious strip, I've often said this is the key, 1 timeline, half coloured Kang and half Luki,
No No No…😂😂😂 kang was NOT connected to Doom. There’s no theory. Don’t BS like New Rockstars by trying your hardest to connect this storyline lol Johnathan Majors was fired. RDJ was hired again… that’s the new Marvel Storyline. Leave it at that.
I wanna see the Cancerverse being created accidentally by the ending of Loki and that's where Doom comes from.
How about this, the blinking light in the 10 rings is actually a prison for Doom and the band is only way to open it and release him.
This feels like a CinemaBlend article!
If that's true, then they should get Terrence Howard to play Kang.
Great video
Ok love this theory it’s lit can’t wait to see if it’s true
I didn't know these 2 were Kamala supporters. How sad.
And with all this, Reed Richards comes into play
