The great part was when Shanky actually admitted to not finding enough information and being happy about being informed. Thanks for the genuine approach to food travel. Cheers forkers!
A Big Thank you to the Big Forkers for showcasing a part of Goan culture, a goan like me wasnt so aware of. You guys are doing a fab job. Kudos to Sid and Shanky.
Sid and Shanky you guys just killed it in this episode. Showing Goa like no one ever has !! Good research , history , culture and food in this episode. Not to mention amazing videography. Kudos to the entire team for shooting such an amazing show and making my lockdown even better.
Kunbi tribe is one of the toughest and hardest working people in Goa. They were the main labor workforce in construction and agriculture before and after liberation. Today they are not given the due that they deserve. I hope people watching this episode recognize their importance before Goa loses their kind forever. Thanks for the upload.
Dude, I commented somewhere that this show is becoming Bourdainesque, and this episode firmly cements that belief. (RIP Anthony Bourdain, his soul, message and stories live on eternally, often through amazing projects like these that follow him. Kudos you guys, so proud to see content like this coming out from India. Fuck khana khazana🙏🏻🌻)
I found this channel yesterday and I think i have finished half of the videos already ♥️♥️ became a big fan instantly...love you guys keep posting videos. You guys are going to be a big channel soon 🙂🙂
In the deep forests of Goa, a land surrounded by Danger. 2 Brave soldiers dare on a Journey to meet a Tribal Leader in the search of Biryani. Shanky and Sid - aaey Producer, Script main kuch to gadbad hai. And then it is re-written and portrayed in a very warming and hearty way. Just loved it guys and the counter for Bitterness was awesome. Hades and Zeus were used appropriately too.

A lot of Goa that outsiders don't get to see. 👍
The zadkonga that he is talking about I think is dioscorea. Also known as karande.
