If you want the pain of the bruise to go quicker and want the bruises to disappear quicker, get a hard bristle hair brush and rub it in small circles over the bruises, the skin will go red then a few hours later the bruise is usually a lot lighter or sometimes gone. The brush breaks down the blood clot from the bruise and it actually helps a lot, I used to use it all the time for cheerleading and still do now that I've gone back to gymnastics.

Nile honestly you're my inspiration. I've always had a huge love for gymnastics, when i was younger i never spoke or did anything else. I never joined a gym as we used to move around a lot and then when i joined secondary it just didn't seem possible although I knew we won't be moving again. Now that i've come across your channel and watched how you approach gym and your love for it has honestly given me that boost that i needed. I'm now in the process of trying to get healthy again and then in the next few months i'm going to see about enrolling in my local gym. So thank you Nile for changing my mindset and becoming my biggest inspiration, good luck with Worlds x

I randomly started watching Nile’s channel back around Christmas and have seen all of his and his dad’s videos by now. I love keeping up with someone who is so positive and shows a sport that most watch only during the Olympics or for their college’s team and showing us how much work is put into this and how much it can change someone’s life to start it. I’ve definitely watched a fair amount of gymnastics that I don’t think I would have otherwise since finding this channel. However, I also love that he is real. He shows the struggle. He makes everything he does relatable and yet still incredibly inspirational. Thank you Nile for putting this out there and showing us who you are and why we should keep striving and pushing forward in our day to day. Good luck with everything. Train smart, keep it real.

I love that Nile tells us how he really feels. I completely agree with what he said about social media, and how everyone makes their life seems like it's only up and no downs. Many times I look at my Instagram and see all of my classmates' posts and wish that I had their life. Nile's encouraging words are what I try to remember when I fail in life to help me get the motivation to persevere or to try to do better in school even when I'm failing the class.

Nile you are such an inspiration. Even though I don't do gymnastics (I dance instead), you honestly help me get through so many tough spots both with dance and with my regular life outside of the studio. I recently have gotten a hip injury and it's always frustrating to go to practice and not be able to do everything that I could before my injury. But your journey with your ankle , it really gives me hope that I can work myself back to where I once was and be even stronger. Even though you had a hard week, remember you're still amazing and how far you've come. You got this! Good luck all the way from America!

You are such an amazing inspiration to so many people. Although I have a dissability that in reality prevents me from doing gymnastics your videos put a smile on my face. From one teen to another/ 21 year old to another your inspiring kids left and right. Your encouragement moves people to go out and get moving weather it be gymanastics or just working out. coming from a person who struggles constantly with keeping up with working out yet knows the pressure of a sport you allow yourself to be honest caring and show your true self. Your an amazing fitness inspiration and because of videos like yours i have continued to add things to my fitness lifestyle, lost a significant amount of weight and continuing and loving a healthy lifestyle! Please Please continue to inspire young people and continue what your doing because its working and its going to change many peoples lives. I am routing for you from America!

Hey Nile, You may try something like Co-flex or what we call Vet Wrap (for animals - wound wrap). It is a stretch cloth roll material that sticks to itself. You could add padding underneath it and wrap it up then add your other arm bands over it. We use it to bandage horses legs with large cotton wraps underneath it and the vet wrap rolls out like an ace bandage but thinner and sticks to itself and is flexible yet sturdy. It protects horses lower legs from injury and does not shift up and down if wrapped clockwise on the right side and counter clockwise on the left side.
I'm actually surprised your don't use it on your ankle for a support wrap as it stretches and holds firm to the skin, or under your wrist bands. It's disposable and can be bought by the case or you might be able to get a sponsorship from this company. It was first developed by the 3M company, but is now made by cheaper companies.

For your biceps while doing parellel bars if you use volleyball knee pads it could offer more protection on the biceps side and still give you the mobility needed since they are very stretchy. I've never done parellel bars in my life so idk if thats a good idea or not but it was just a thought. Cheers! Love your videos!

Please please please could you do Gymnastics meets Ballet as part of that series. It would be so interesting to see how you could manage doing ballet and how a male ballet dancer would do at gymnastics. If you did that would be AMAZING thanks😊
