We don’t think so but if the material that the customer is using states in the application instructions that the material can be gravity hopper fed then it most likely will. Not sure on his material but if it has large flakes they will most likely not flow through the gun properly.
I just bought this gun and the 15 deg abs elbow is upside down .. The female goes into the male??? gun is leaking everywhere I had to tape the gun to do the job. I will bring it back to the store and ask them what I did wrong
Did you use the hose clamp to hold the adapter on tightly? It should have come with 2, one for each connection on the adapter - gun and hopper side both.
Yes but the 15 deg elbow is made from a piece of abs for plumbing..even if I tighten the hose clamp it will never seal properly... I saw a few other hopper guns using a RUBBER adaptor (that probably seals much better)

Does it come with the Cap to close off the Hopper fill and use the bottom fill instead?

Got a new unit and works just fine..I think old one was flawed
