Hi all, I need help finding a solution. 1. I'm a web developer with 6 years of experience, mainly in startups. I wasn't aware of EPF and Form 16, so I don't have them. Now, I'm looking for a job change, and although my profile was shortlisted by LTI and Infosys, they rejected me for not having an EPF account and Form 16. HR considers candidates without these as freelancers, thus not recognizing my experience. What should I do? 2. Many companies are rejecting my profile for this reason. 3. I do have payslips, offer letters, and experience certificates from my previous companies.
Serious quick question there is no TDS deduction in my father salary he is working in NLC, but i want a form 16 now for my study visa process then how can i get that? Here as u said my father is getting approx 3.60lpa then hevwill be eligible right?
