    Rosalee, it's so cool to hear you interview Tammi Sweet. You and she are two of my favorite teachers. As a boomer-age sleep-deprived woman, I'm really looking forward to Tammi's course on sleep. 🥰

    Rosalee, this is very informative. Both of your input is so helpful. I have never been a good sleeper, even as a child. I do like Valerian, the other combinations sound good! Thank you 🌿🌙💚

    I'm one of those that cant stay asleep. I wake up around 3am - 3:30 am. It's so aggravating. I've purchased a Valerian tincture and its not really helping. Thank you for this video.

      Hi! I also wakeup around 3:00-3:30.....I do seem to sleep better with a daily magnesium supplement. Do you take one? How about lavender essential oil?

      @@12prettythings10 hi. I use a magnesium lotion but not necessarily a magnesium supplement , may try this. Lavender tends to give me a headache ,even the tea.

    Thank you for this conversation! Could you talk about if nervine sedatives can cause dependance? Do you need to take a “tolerance break” of these?

    • @HerbsWithRosalee
      @HerbsWithRosalee  6 месяцев назад +1

      Most of our herbal relaxing nervines don't cause dependence, but there could be some exceptions. I personally don't think that there's a tight rule on taking tolerance breaks, but I do think it's importance to pay attention to how you feel so you can be in tune with what you need. I also think it's best when we flow with herbs rather than take them on a strict and unwavering schedule.

    Hi, The recipe, is that for dried or fresh herbs please? I assume its dried going by the ratio of herb to alcohol, but I just wanted to check. I I JUST watched it, I'm in the uk so its early morning for me. Great interview, a very nice guest, I like that she stuck to the subject. Tammi really comes across as a person who truly wants to help people. thanks

    Valerian does not work for me i have serious insomnia

    • @HerbsWithRosalee
      @HerbsWithRosalee  4 месяца назад

      I love that Tammi's approach goes beyond simply listing herbs for 'insomnia'. Instead the whole person is taken into account for a holistic (and oftentimes more effective) treatment plan.
