Ma'am what you described about the Indian wears for office, I exactly cary the same dressing style in my work place , but recently in a job interview they rejected me just because I am not comfortable to wear western dress. And one of the most interesting thing that I have enough qualification for that job, but still that there eyes goes on my dress and my religion. This is the reality of our INDIA nowadays.
Do you watch Pakistani dramas? There dresses are so work appropriate. I too wear indian dresses but they are on another level . Nd don't worry about others. I Wear Indian wear out of choice not due to any restrictions.

Red lipstick is fine at work, but also watch how the others are at work. Be in Rome as the Romans, but in style. 3. Watch - wear a watch that fits your wrist, and doesn't exceed it's diameter.
Hi Bhavaani. It depends on the cut of the jacket. In most cases, I wouldn't reccomend wearing a dupatta as a jacket will act as a stiff layer to show power and influence.
What type of Jwellery should wear specially earrings... How we add blazer in Indian attire ..also said nothing about leggings.... Straight cut and plazo does not look good on short height like 5'2 it's mine
