    I came back to watch this as it's such a great video. I know it's unlikely but I'd love one on the other factions like Easterlings

      Might have to try your tile Grout/soil mix method. I've never not painted basing sand before, but the raw material looks surprisingly good compared to most unpainted bases I've seen.

      Yeah man, it’s pretty simple and the great thing about blue stuff is it’s reusable. If you make a mistake just restart and try again 😊

  • @wonderboy2402
    @wonderboy2402 Год назад

    Great job - have your tried a 50/50 mix of green stuff with your milliput? I do this for all my blue stuff molds. Really give your castes almost plastic quality but is still carve-able.

    • @dicedrinksanddadjokes
      @dicedrinksanddadjokes  Год назад

      Hey that’s cool, no I haven’t tried that. How do you mix it?

    • @wonderboy2402
      @wonderboy2402 Год назад

      @@dicedrinksanddadjokes just mix both separately as you normal would, then simply combine the two balls together. I usually flatten to a disc shape and then roll up like a carpet and kneed until uniform consistency. You can experiment with the ratio, but 50/50 milliput/green stuff is what I do. I also use milliput Fine if that matters.

    • @dicedrinksanddadjokes
      @dicedrinksanddadjokes  Год назад +1

      It’s cheaper and a bit clunkier to work with. Solidifies more like baked clay then the bendy plastic feel of green stuff.
