my biggest issue is aaalways landscpaing, especially in modern builds. maybe you could do more landscaping tutorials? that would be really helpful and greatly appreciated
building modern homes (and any other homes) would be easier if we could change the wall thickness and change the height of the tiles without changing the entire rooms height.
@@Montisaquadeis platforms affect lighting, I tried using them for decorative elements in rooms and finally gave up .. I like to play in the houses I build and "wrong" lighting isn't tolerable to me 😅

I started building quite a big mansion with huge garden and 8 car garage and had some good space left, a small bit bigger than this lot.. I made this house a guest house with a fountain in the back that has a small terrace in the middle of it with 2 sunlounges. Thanks a lot

Deli....Thank you for simplifying one aspect of the homebuilding process in the sims...I don't know why we can't build what we want and use any pack we want on the ps4...but the base game doesn't play well and I 've downloaded all these packs to the console... I just threw away money to EA....Anyway thanks Deli... You're a favorite of mine!
the bedroom style is what im going for when i decorate my new bedroom as im moving soon. but i am using the colours, white, green and black. most if not all furnature will be simple and while, one feature wall probs in green (one of my fav colours like a mossy earthy green) and then details of black and other such earthy nature colours in the furnishings such as duvets nad picture frames etc. the lighting will probs be modern built in ceiling like i have now.

Great house and tutorial Deli :D monochrome can also apply to each colour of the colour wheel, for example you choose green and your room can be a mix of shades tints and tones of it :)
While minimalism and monochromatic colour palettes are usually found in "modern" houses (ofc depends where you live and what is considered modern there), these are not limited to these two. Remember do read about real life architecture, people!

Just put a single tile worth of platform where you want to change the height? Many different rooms yes BUT it will technically work just fine.
