Abby is now facing exactly what she deserves after all the awful things she did and said to Children and their mothers. She’s been reduced to living all alone in an expensive hotel so she can call for help with things (instead of just going to a damn assisted living facility or something) because she has no one to take care of her or live with, she had huge ass 300lbs doors fall on her, she’s been to jail, got sick, and broke her legs, etc… All this and none of the girls talk to her while they thrive and do better without her. Abby only has herself to blame for this. Had she treated any of them better she’d probably be with them still to this day. They’d probably even let her live with them. This is the biggest case of karma I’ve ever seen and I don’t feel one bit sorry for her. You get what you put out into the world.

I absolutely agree with your assessments. I would only throw out the argument about stealing hotel towels. Rich people can be incredibly cheap too. I went to a boarding school with rich kids and the only time someone stole from me in my entire life, it was a rich girl. It was a petty amount of money. This kind of thing happened a lot to other people too. In my opinion it came from a place of entitlement, like they believe that they can take what they like, without thinking about how it affects the other person.
Sometimes people steal things not cause they need but for the thrill of getting away with it. This is especially true in teens. So that story about a rich girl stealing, isn’t just cause she needed stuff.

My sister was apart of a dance studio like that one on dance moms season 3. As soon as the kids were turning over a profit they were made to sign contracts that stated the studio got 20% of their winnings and the studio got to keep there trophy the the girl or troop won. She quit when they did nationals then had won and went to worlds in Las Vegas and my sister was awarded most talented. She got a grand prize of 30k USD of course she got a nice big trophy she didn't get to keep nor most of her prize money that my mom took well advantage of spent a good chunk loosing it at the slots.

I agree and maybe her health insurance can help pay for assisted living because she’s disabled. However I will say sometimes a hotel may be cheaper if your insurance don’t want to pay . I know some assisted living places can cost 10-20k a month to have nurses around the clock and feeding you and administering Your medications daily and everything else so a hotel may be cheaper.

To be fair, running any facility is expensive. No matter how many students/memberships you have, they pay a fee and they run on your expense of rent, electricity, water, wears-n-tears for as long as their package is valid, meaning if you run a gym you keep everything running even when there's just one customer. I work in an archery club and I can tell you, competitions and exposures barely make money, we had to share rooms with our team to save cost, because with one staff taking the team out meaning one less coach teaching at the club - every staff counts, and I haven't even started on the maintenance cost. Abby was simply trying to get as much benefits out of the show because she knew once the contract is over, things will be back to square one. And those who believes you're making a lot of money coming on shows and podcasts, that's just naive because they hardly pay you, because they think it is your opportunity to use their network to promote yourself, and because of this, many would do it for free. Of course, there are other reasons big names lost money, mostly due to poor investments. Often we hear a competitor closed down not because they ran poorly, but of owners investing wrongly on other businesses that lead them to lost everything.

Do you think you could look at the “Girl Talk” in season 4? On Amazon it says it’s ep 19…. But I’m not sure exactly what episode it is considered in the season. But it has a lot of them asking Chloe about how she feels about Maddie being favored, how Abby went to the judges about Chloe’s score when she beat Maddie, etc. It’s an interesting episode and I wasn’t sure what type of maybe info/insight you had into these reunion type shows.

abby calling any of the moms at her studio “dirt poor” is humorous considering you cannot be poor and have your child traveling and competing in dance competitions 😭 the lowest class level anyone on that show was would be middle class boarding on upper middle class. (unless they’re competing for free or on scholarship but the amount of money it costs for dance lessons, studio fees, costumes, etc. it’s definitely reserved for families who aren’t living paycheck to paycheck)

I can tell her comments about money come from a place of insecurity. The fact that she’s talking stuff about Christi having humble beginnings yet is consistently strapped for cash herself says something.

I absolutely agree with your assessments. I would only throw out the argument about stealing hotel towels. Rich people can be incredibly cheap too. I went to a boarding school with rich kids and the only time someone stole from me in my entire life, it was a rich girl. It was a petty amount of money. This kind of thing happened a lot to other people too. In my opinion it came from a place of entitlement, like they believe that they can take what they like, without thinking about how it affects the other person.
Sometimes people steal things not cause they need but for the thrill of getting away with it. This is especially true in teens. So that story about a rich girl stealing, isn’t just cause she needed stuff.
Hotel stuff is the only thing I’d ever steal 💀 not towel though. Maybe those little soaps that smell really good.

It’s not surprising why Christi wouldn’t want Chloe to be at the meet and greet events with Abby if it’s true that Abby invited chloe in the first place. My sister was apart of a dance studio like that one on dance moms season 3. As soon as the kids were turning over a profit they were made to sign contracts that stated the studio got 20% of their winnings and the studio got to keep there trophy the the girl or troop won. She quit when they did nationals then had won and went to worlds in Las Vegas and my sister was awarded most talented. She got a grand prize of 30k USD of course she got a nice big trophy she didn't get to keep nor most of her prize money that my mom took well advantage of spent a good chunk loosing it at the slots.

I agree and maybe her health insurance can help pay for assisted living because she’s disabled. However I will say sometimes a hotel may be cheaper if your insurance don’t want to pay . I know some assisted living places can cost 10-20k a month to have nurses around the clock and feeding you and administering Your medications daily and everything else so a hotel may be cheaper.
She wouldn’t have needed that 10% ! But she chose to lie and cheat. It’s her own fault.

i mean to be fair a lot of people file bankruptcy to prevent big financial problems. doesn’t necessarily mean you’re living out of your means. some people can’t afford life as it is, even without luxuries. my mom filed for bankruptcy when i was young and we weren’t living luxurious at all.... my mom just had a lot of debt from just trying to survive that she couldn’t pay off as a single mom.

Abby needs to get these girls and their mothers out of her mouth it’s so irritating. She’s just mad their relevant and she isn’t and she’s trying to get attention by throwing shade
To be fair, running any facility is expensive. No matter how many students/memberships you have, they pay a fee and they run on your expense of rent, electricity, water, wears-n-tears for as long as their package is valid, meaning if you run a gym you keep everything running even when there's just one customer. I work in an archery club and I can tell you, competitions and exposures barely make money, we had to share rooms with our team to save cost, because with one staff taking the team out meaning one less coach teaching at the club - every staff counts, and I haven't even started on the maintenance cost.
Abby was simply trying to get as much benefits out of the show because she knew once the contract is over, things will be back to square one. And those who believes you're making a lot of money coming on shows and podcasts, that's just naive because they hardly pay you, because they think it is your opportunity to use their network to promote yourself, and because of this, many would do it for free.
Of course, there are other reasons big names lost money, mostly due to poor investments. Often we hear a competitor closed down not because they ran poorly, but of owners investing wrongly on other businesses that lead them to lost everything.

Do you think you could look at the “Girl Talk” in season 4? On Amazon it says it’s ep 19…. But I’m not sure exactly what episode it is considered in the season. But it has a lot of them asking Chloe about how she feels about Maddie being favored, how Abby went to the judges about Chloe’s score when she beat Maddie, etc. It’s an interesting episode and I wasn’t sure what type of maybe info/insight you had into these reunion type shows.

She blames her parents for not teaching her how to handle finance, causing her to end up comitting fraud
She blames the prison she ended up in for getting sick
She blames the doctors who cared for her for not being able to walk
She blames the students she traumatized for not keeping in touch
She blames those same students for being broke
She really has an issue taking accountability for her OWN actions and mistakes.
