If she's been arrested multiple times for DUI and she's allowed to drive with no restrictions - the government helped kill these 2 people. She should have a breathalyzer in her car that she has to use to start the engine.

But like I said that could be the case we don't know I just know its much more rare than you might think for what you are saying to be true.
Why on earth would her degree be reversed? I've never heard of someone having their high school diploma or any other education diplomas get taken away because of a horrible crime. What a stupid take.
The crazy part about this is I live in peoria and she is currently only facing 17 yrs , the moral is anything can happen at any point any where be safe everyone 🩶
The narcissism makes me sick. Just from this interaction I can tell this girl has not had to face the consequences of her actions, and truly believes she can get away with anything because she thinks she is pretty. Which btw, is a pretty rare trait to find in a WHALE 🐋
it seemed eerily similar to a psychotic break of denial due to the trauma of realizing what she did, the way she kept repeating to herself things like " it gonna be ok, "I'm going to Vegas for my birthday", "when do I get to go back to school" and "I'm graduating in 2 weeks" its like she was specifically latching onto importing things in her future that she knows she just threw away and is trying to convince her self everything is ok. And the way she deflects when the officer says she killed 2 people and is not getting out of jail anytime soon. But she could just be AbsolutLy clueless and have no regard for human lie but I think that is much more rare in people than you might think, I think trauma and denial is a more likely explanation of her behavior.
For those that don't know, people start blacking out at around .16 BAC and they start dying of alcohol poisoning at around .30 BAC, so not only was she definitely blacked out, she was a couple drinks away from puking up her stomach and being on death's door
it didnt seem like it, i have personally seen people blackout levels and she isnt doing too bad, definitely not about to die those levels you brought up is when those things **start at** but it is not definitive to cause it, blackouts begin at 0.16, she looks like she's at the edge of blackout, and danger of death begins at 0.3, but people have lived in up to 0.5 too
I've been partying and passing out drunk countless times during my uni days (not a good idea, I know), but not once have I sat behind the wheel. Booking taxis and hotels is not that hard.
judging by the way you said "uni" i imagine your probably european but definitely not from the us, she knows she can book taxis or ubers but this is the #diversity culture we have here in the us where they try to act hard and do bad thing because its "cool" and the white capitalist pigs are in the way because they are raziz
One thing I've noticed is alcohol effects everyone differently, like me personally i get the spins and puke and pass out before i could ever get this fucked up. But some people just totally lose their concept of reality. RIP to these two innocent people who lost their lives to the scumbag.
I'm one of those people. I can drink a 1.5 liter handle of vodka or other 80 proof bottle in 5ish hours and never throw up. I've had some nights where I was as blacked out as her. Never even woke up with a hangover. I'm glad to say I never had a drunken incident that resulted in anything like killing someone and wouldn't drive like that. However, it's obviously a problem for health reasons and I rarely drink now due to my past. Knowing I don't (or do, I guess) tolerate it well kills the fun, plus it's expensive. Like X said at .08 he's tipsy as hell. At .08 I'm not feeling anything.
I don't think X or chat understands (not surprising) that her BAC is 0.264% -- this is SEVERE IMPAIRMENT. The fact that she's even conscious and not passed out pissing herself is a shock. It's a reach to say she is consciously laughing directly at the people she killed. I do not defend her actions, I couldn't care less if she spent the rest of her life in jail. But please use your brain.
BAC does not correlate directly to impairment, impairment is also affected by your tolerance. Considering her state, It's safe to assume she has a high tolerance to alcohol, presumably from being a regular heavy drinker. So it's not necessarily correct to assume that she is not conscious of her actions just because she has a high BAC. Perhaps she was, perhaps she was not; its impossible to tell just from her BAC. While she is still under the influence of alchohol I don't think her demeanour matters really, what matters is that she chose to drive drunk and killed two people.
I’ve seen very drunk people that would not react like she did if told they’d just caused the death of two people. She’s scum who chose to drink and drive. Her horrible personality is driving a lot of her reaction, it’s not just the alcohol.
I don't think she acted that way because she didn't care, she was just so drunk that her brain sent her into a state of denial from what had just happened. She was literally pretending that it didn't happen in hopes that it would go away. She had just killed two peple and destroyed her own life in a flash and it was more than her brain could handle.
for me, 14 years dont seem enough for one simple fact - she has shown zero remorse like shes gonna get out of jail and may DUI again and again putting others peoples lives at risk again... honestly made me sick watching her so much that i couldnt finish my food

We even found out that she drove her car with her youngest daughter still in a booster seat high on cocaine while drunk aswell. Luckily nothing happened. Completely put me off drinking

This happened in my town, Peoria IL, she went to Bradley. The university tried to allow her to walk for graduation. The students protested and she wasn’t able to
I’m actually from the same small town of 2,500 as her…only 14 years is insane…her dad is an elected County official…she also got pregnant during the trial
What this video fails to explain is that in the beginning when the officer walks past her car and the bumper is blurred, it’s because one of the victim’s dismembered legs was stuck in the grill.
Her sentence was way too light IMO. She had no remorse. She was planning to get her next fix after being told her last binge caused her to take lives. She does not deserve to be in the same place as us.
She does not understand the gravity of what she has done. Denial, and refusing to come back to reality. It's just tragic that so many people think they can drink and drive. Two lives gone, hers is a total wreck. Praying for the families who lost loved ones. She will have to live with this the rest of her life. I hope one day she finds peace and dedicates her life to a worthy cause. 😢
That's not what alcohol does. You can still feel emotions like remorse while drunk. In fact, alcohol tends to heighten those feelings and she felt none. Don't type things unless you know what it's like to be drunk.
The fact the she showed no remorse or empathy for human life afterwards should play a big part in the sentencing, psychos like this should be behind bars for life, period

actually disgusts me how little empathy, sympathy, and compassion someone can have. how fucked up can you be to start singing after killing two people, idk how the officer held it together.
At 0.250 BAC, many people pass out. If a person is still conscious at this level, vomiting becomes very likely, as well as a complete loss of physical control. This can lead to asphyxiation if they lose consciousness and choke on their own vomit
She made a mistake why do you think she deserves longer people like are too emotional imagine how she feels probably worse than you because she accidentally killed two people that alone is a lot to deal with everyone on twitch I swear has no humanity brain rot has doomed everyone

It really seems like denial because of the repeating the types of things like" it gonna be ok, "I'm going to Vegas for my birthday", "when do I get to go back to school" and "I'm graduating in 2 weeks" its like she was specifically latching onto importing things in her future that she knows she just threw away and is trying to convince her self everything is ok. I don't think its as surface level as it seems, I think its much more rare than you might think for someone to actually have this little of regard for human life. And im not defending her actions by any means, I just doubt she is an actual psychopath that has no regard for human life. But like I said that could be the case we don't know I just know its much more rare than you might think for what you are saying to be true.
She seems like one of those daddys little girl. Never experienced any consequences for anything she's done.
That's the average women lmao.
YO I KNOW THIS GIRL. A lot of us at the school protested to prevent her graduation, but they did nothing.
Well she’s in prison Soo what does it matter?
I mean she is a convicted felon now I doubt she will get any work related to that diploma when getting out of jail/prison
Who tf protests someone graduating
Why on earth would her degree be reversed? I've never heard of someone having their high school diploma or any other education diplomas get taken away because of a horrible crime. What a stupid take.
If they don't graduate her they have to keep her.

For those that don't know, people start blacking out at around .16 BAC and they start dying of alcohol poisoning at around .30 BAC, so not only was she definitely blacked out, she was a couple drinks away from puking up her stomach and being on death's door
it didnt seem like it, i have personally seen people blackout levels and she isnt doing too bad, definitely not about to die
those levels you brought up is when those things **start at** but it is not definitive to cause it, blackouts begin at 0.16, she looks like she's at the edge of blackout, and danger of death begins at 0.3, but people have lived in up to 0.5 too
I've read that it's more like .4 for alcohol poisoning
@@aleks_v1 yes she is definitely drunk but black out? Nah

bill dipperly
@@undiscoveredcolorz Weird flex
@@oshke5225 not trying to flex. Just supporting the commenters anecdote that alcohol is handled differently depending on the person.
300iq comment true
BAC does not correlate directly to impairment, impairment is also affected by your tolerance. Considering her state, It's safe to assume she has a high tolerance to alcohol, presumably from being a regular heavy drinker. So it's not necessarily correct to assume that she is not conscious of her actions just because she has a high BAC. Perhaps she was, perhaps she was not; its impossible to tell just from her BAC.
While she is still under the influence of alchohol I don't think her demeanour matters really, what matters is that she chose to drive drunk and killed two people.
@@generalen517 this is probably the best take I've read
Q literally talks about that but ok
I’ve seen very drunk people that would not react like she did if told they’d just caused the death of two people. She’s scum who chose to drink and drive. Her horrible personality is driving a lot of her reaction, it’s not just the alcohol.
I don't think she acted that way because she didn't care, she was just so drunk that her brain sent her into a state of denial from what had just happened. She was literally pretending that it didn't happen in hopes that it would go away. She had just killed two peple and destroyed her own life in a flash and it was more than her brain could handle.

Someone in chat said “room temp IQ” 😂😂😂😂

At 0.250 BAC, many people pass out. If a person is still conscious at this level, vomiting becomes very likely, as well as a complete loss of physical control. This can lead to asphyxiation if they lose consciousness and choke on their own vomit
