I’m just doing a double knit button band on my April cardigan,my first time too, not difficult,I watched a RUclips tutorial and that explains well. Enjoy your time in England and Scotland ❤x
Hi, I would definitely be interested in your broken rib cardigan becoming a pattern. It's lovely. I agree that stitch is one of the best. Have a great work/holiday I love on the UK and we go to Scotland too, we love it xx
It's been so fun being part of the Sauble Tank test knit! I just finished my second one earlier this week and can't wait to get some proper pictures for my Ravelry pages. It was nice to see all of your projects today, and I kind of love that you're frogging two of your knits to re-knit into something that you'll love even more! I've considered doing the same with one or two of my own finished projects, but haven't made the commitment yet haha! Your travel plans sound so exciting - I hope you have a wonderful time! I don't have any big plans for the summer, but perhaps a spontaneous trip somewhere might be in the cards!
Warm welcome to Lincoln when you’re in the UK. We hold the Magna Carta 😉 We don’t have a wool shop in Lincoln, but we have great fabric shops and lots of enthusiastic knitters (including myself). Hope you have great time here in the UK. P.S. I’ve knitted 3(!) broken rib Farmhouse Cardigans by Savoury Knitting!
Regarding your beautiful April cardigan. I have knit it and followed the tutorial that petite knit has on you tube for the champagne cardigan. I made my band 15 st total for the double knitting. It’s easy once you do it and a beautiful finish. I did it on 3mm needles and picked up every stitch along the edge. Good luck. Jo
Hey about your dog, licking his paws and tell me it might be from cleaning solutions, housework, cleaning, carpet, cleaning, stuff or mopping solutions that gets stuck to their pads and make them itch or it could be something he’s eating he could be allergic to his food things to check out
Wishing you safe travels! Have fun when you get time off and hope you find some amazing yarns!

You should definitely design a long sleeve version of your tank top that you’re wearing

Ohh I like the look of that one! I think mine will turn out looking quite different though
Love your sweaters! If you’re working with wool, have you tried spit splicing the yarn? It works wonderfully.
I have! It does work well 🥰
Thanks for the episode, and good luck in England and Scotland. :) For a broken-rib cardigan, have you seen the Snow Drop Cardigan by Along Avec Anna?
I hadn’t! I think the shape isn’t for me but it looks beautiful

Sari Nordlund has a broken rib cardigan. You’ve probably seen it but I thought I’d mention anyway. Have a great trip!
