by far the BEST in the bag because it's not just... "I throw this... it does this for me" It's interactive for what the disc could do for us. Well done.
I would love to see more instructional videos from Jay. He really knows his stuff and explains it in a way that is easy to understand for all players. Plus the fact that he can make a normally boring video interesting doesn't hurt either. :-) PLEASE!! MORE VIDEOS WITH JAY!!
That was a 28 minutes well invested. Very cool dude. I'm glad he addressed arm speed and how you don't need the fastest gnarliest disc out there to get distance.
Yeti is a brilliant guy, and I was very lucky to get to hang out with him and Des in New Zealand last year. Fantastic people. Do not ever turn down a chance to meet them! Thanks for the clinic Jay - I changed my style after listening to you.
Awesome player and great video. SpinTV, please create at least one episode of "The Yeti Diaries." If it's anything like this, I'll enjoy it without a doubt. Maybe that one episode could be during the next World Putting Competition.
I think this is 8th time I've watched this. So much good information to take in. I've learned how to use my Pro Leopard for hyzer flips and gentle anhyzers from listening to what Jay says here about his Star Leopard. Very useful.
DaddyStank That is an awesome idea. It would make an even better event for some of the top pros, like a 3 disc only at DeLa or some other shot-diverse course. That would be awesome!
Best ITB yet. Obviously entertaining, but also extremely informative in a way that's easy to understand. He covered everything from plastics to other variables like wind, rim width, face plates, arm speed... everything. Not only that, but he mentions organizations he believes will improve the sport, not just random plugs. Oh, and rad discs to boot! Well done, sir! Thanks for the great video, guys.
Best "In the Bag" ever! Jay is a true champion that really understands the sport. From Jays explanations I see disc golf and disc flight in a whole new perspective. Thanks for the video!
Thank you for taking the time to explain how the flight numbers work, the variations in plastic and using hypothetical situations to describe how a specific disk will fly in a give situation.
Awesome video! Yeti is the real deal and a great, approachable, ambassador for the sport. I'm jealous of your plastic Yeti, especially that pristine CE Roc. I had the same price shock buying my CE on the aftermarket back in 06', but it was the Best. Purchase. Ever.
I really enjoyed this in the bag! My go to putter is an aviar Dx and its got the concave wear in. Now that I know yeti aviars already have that ill definitely pick one or two up in the future. Anyone here tell me what the difference is between echo star and Gstar plastic?
by far the BEST in the bag because it's not just... "I throw this... it does this for me" It's interactive for what the disc could do for us. Well done.
XelNagaStalker Exactly.
+XelNagaStalker Great personality, too.
i wish some of the top pros were as cool as the Yeti

PLEASE!! MORE VIDEOS WITH JAY!!
I agree with the comments before me. Very personable attitude. I appreciate Jay's ability to communicate effectively. Best in the bag by far
Met him at the GBO. You'll NEVER meet a better guy.
That was a 28 minutes well invested. Very cool dude. I'm glad he addressed arm speed and how you don't need the fastest gnarliest disc out there to get distance.
best in the bag of all time
My favorite pro. Awesome sense of humor and doesn't take himself to serious.
too
Yeti is a brilliant guy, and I was very lucky to get to hang out with him and Des in New Zealand last year. Fantastic people. Do not ever turn down a chance to meet them! Thanks for the clinic Jay - I changed my style after listening to you.
Saw those roots behind Yeti and instantly knew this was filmed at Steeplechase Park in Kyle, Tx. Great video!
Same!! Love that course!
The most fun in the bag I have ever seen. Yeti is the man!
Funny and interesting. One of the best ITB i've watched yet.
Awesome player and great video.
SpinTV, please create at least one episode of "The Yeti Diaries." If it's anything like this, I'll enjoy it without a doubt. Maybe that one episode could be during the next World Putting Competition.
lets get another in the bag with Yeti video!
Best in my bag video so far! Yeti made the video interesting by discribing the dischoices very well. Gimme a slice of that sub! ;)
I think this is 8th time I've watched this. So much good information to take in. I've learned how to use my Pro Leopard for hyzer flips and gentle anhyzers from listening to what Jay says here about his Star Leopard. Very useful.
congrats Jay on the best in the bag video yet!
Yeti seems like a good dude. I really enjoyed this video
5 years old and still the best in the bag video ever!
Still the best in the bag. love this guy.
Thank you Mr Reading. As always.
The best in your bag video yet! Very user friendly!!
I would love to see a version of this where you make them pick their top 5 discs that they can't live without.
Very interesting. You've given me a cool idea for the offseason, thanks!
DaddyStank That is an awesome idea. It would make an even better event for some of the top pros, like a 3 disc only at DeLa or some other shot-diverse course. That would be awesome!
The best in the bag ever. Not just what he throws but excellent insights into how to play. And just all around fun guy.
Best ITB yet. Obviously entertaining, but also extremely informative in a way that's easy to understand. Not only that, but he mentions organizations he believes will improve the sport, not just random plugs. Oh, and rad discs to boot! Well done, sir! Thanks for the great video, guys.
real nice in the bag awsome how the "Yeti" talked about his small add ons like the mini 1st aid kit and the pdga rule book
Got to meet Jay and Des a few weeks ago at a clinic in Ohio. Nicest people you'll ever meet. Took time to talk with everyone. Class act.
this guy is nuts. AND I LOVE IT!
Best "In the Bag" ever! Jay is a true champion that really understands the sport. From Jays explanations I see disc golf and disc flight in a whole new perspective. Thanks for the video!
Best and most entertaining in the bag. Long live the Yeti !!
Thank you for taking the time to explain how the flight numbers work, the variations in plastic and using hypothetical situations to describe how a specific disk will fly in a give situation.
The "Yeti" is Awesome! Great Video! One of the best all around ambassadors for the sport, and a really nice guy! Support EDGE and the Reading's!
Really enjoyed this in the bag video. Yeti is definitely an entertainer...chuckled a few times while watching.
I've watched this 3 times it so good!
Yeti is the best! As a fellow big man it's cool to see what he throws!
Great video. Like others have mentioned, I love the mixture of tips and exactly why the discs are in his bag. Well done all around. Thanks!
Gotta love some Yeti action! greatness.
One of the best ITB's I've seen. Super informative, excellent advice. Seems like an awesome dude.
Great in the bag, ordered my first yeti pro aviars last week, love them
Best ITB I have watched to date!!
Negative one,two,three,four AAAAANNNNNNDDDDDDD back one.....two....classic!!
Pro Yeti is one of my oldest disc. Good to know the creator is as cool as the product.
what a beast. best in the bag for sure.
So silly yet so fun. And super informative. Thanks, Yeti!
Always a big fan of Yeti and great to see the humorous side! Great video and hoping to maybe see some Yeti clinic vids in the future!
what a character. makes me wanna try a yeti
Best. Video. Ever. Thanks for sharing :)
agree with the other comments. best in the bag by far
LOL! Love it! Huge fan just for this reason! And our bags, age and style..are very similar...I'd love to play a round some day when you're in TX
Yeti has so much stuff in his bag. It's funny how he just throws everything.
Awesome is my hunger pain! Seeing that FREEBIRDS Monster.
Miss you and your wife Yeti! I'm still hoping to get Dez's bobblehead autographed.
Wow. What a great in the bag video.
What a great personality
you're crazy Jay hahaha.
But that's what makes you awesome. Great I.T.B episode guys.
Great In the Bag video. Jay is one funny guy.
I played doubles with this guy at a clinic and it was a bunch of fun.
Haha! Yeti seems like a great guy. Thanks for sharing this video!!
Awesome video! Yeti is the real deal and a great, approachable, ambassador for the sport. I'm jealous of your plastic Yeti, especially that pristine CE Roc. I had the same price shock buying my CE on the aftermarket back in 06', but it was the Best. Purchase. Ever.
Discs are made for THROWING, Awesome!
Awesome video, great humor, even better information!
This was beautiful
EXCELLENT video, Jay!
Best In my bag video!!! :)
Lovin that long sleeve jersey
Holy shit!!! Yeti sighting at staplechase in kyle tx!!! I'm there literally a minimum of 6 out 7 days. How did I miss this?
As someone that is new to the sport, this man helped and answered every questions I’ve had so thank you!
I still have a 2002 CE Ranch Roc from the USDGC in my bag. Most trusted disc I have...it's glide is more like a 6 instead of a 4.
Great ITB. Torchy's Rocks!
Simply Amazing, I want to play 18 with this chill dude
Yeti is fckin' what all of disc golf should be.
Great In the Bag Jay! Very informative. I like throwing some cheap dx too. breaks in quick and glides forever.
What a great Guy. Very informativ video!
I really loved this video.
'At least know the rules'. Not sure why that cracked me up
Very charismatic
This In the bag is almost 30 minutes long. It's worth it though.
What a guy
Funniest In the bag I've seen.
I just realized the second time I watched this, pretty sure he is at Steeplechase in Kyle yes? Makes sense as he lives just down 35 in Wemberly.
Yes.
great stuff, your views are similar to mine about discs and weights
Never seen a tern with that much dome... I want one now lol
Directed here by Simon Lizotte, just yesterday!
dude is rad
Really want a bulldog now.
Got balls throwing that roc... But ya, definitely not around water.
This is like a 75/25 mix between Scott Papa and Lamar Maughan
Why didnt you say Jay is a 5-time putting champion!? I know he shares the 2014 title with Nikko, but it still makes Yeti a 5-time champ, does it not??
I feel like I just watched an instrumental video in the history of disc golf
Grab Dez and get to Canada this summer. We need your help. Cheers!
ha ha !!!!!! great edit
6:34. I have one of those. special Rocks never used.
around 21:10 someone forgot to shut off the putting machine in the background..
Did someone's disc just fall into the creek in the background? 20:20
I really enjoyed this in the bag! My go to putter is an aviar Dx and its got the concave wear in. Now that I know yeti aviars already have that ill definitely pick one or two up in the future. Anyone here tell me what the difference is between echo star and Gstar plastic?
Echo star is recycled plastic. Gstar is softer version of star and is almost the same in any cobditions
so im guessing echo star is just the same as star its just made from recycled. Gstar is just completely different from the two. thanks
If he threw for discraft he'd just be talking about his Crank the whole time. "Check out my bag! Look at me Crank!!!"
My putting got a lot better since getting the yeti it replaced my KC
how many drugs is yeti on... love this guy!
pntballsmart I doubt any, if he is anything it is ADHD with mostly HD part.
Someone pls tell me can i order this black colour order version bag still somewhere? Or do i have to buy it used?from where? :/
Jay Reading is the Gary Busey of disc golf.
What a goof. Haha 👍
man yeti, wrap it up, just kidding, best in the bag ever
