You’re not kidding about how expensive groceries are. I have been buying herbs, drying them in the oven and mixing them with salt to create my own. I also buy the peeled garlic from Costco and put it in the blender and make garlic pucks and put them in the freezer for when I don’t have time to go to the store or am too lazy to mince it 😊 I love this casserole because it’s easy and my husband loves to take it to work for his lunches
We watch you daily Catherine. You know we are way up here in London Ontario Canada. We had high winds and tons of rain too. This last week has been terrible but nothing like you went through. We always get the spin off from storms from Hurricanes. Glad Thomas and you all are safe! Now to see how to make a great tater tot casserole. I made this one for my family and grandchildren tonight. I was amazed that all three grandchildren loved it and was telling their Mum how good it was and that she had to make it for them. We used to live in South Florida and lost our roof with Hurricane Francis in 2004 and 2 weeks later with Hurricane Jeanne.came to finish us off. When i lived in Meyersville we had a hurricane, only 80 mph winds. No damage in my area, but Victoria was hit pretty hard. Glad you are good and back up!

My son lives in Spring and they still are out of power. But they bought a generator. I make a similar recipe but I use Jimmy Dean Maple sausage. Delicious .
