Hey girl 🤩 you make yours very similar. I usually make a double batch, and mix cheese in the mixture. And some tater tots inside. Then assemble putting slices of cheese on top, then layer the tots. Delish 😋🤤, much love and blessings to you ❤️

Whew chile' okay yall, i have something to share. I used the standard Campbell's cream of mushrooms, no sour cream, i cut red onion and HERE'S THE BIG GAME CHANGER: i used one can of cream corn. Also i use ground turkey. Yall, this taste soooooooo good. The cream corn add a sweetness to it. I ground the turkey fully, then add the onions,...then minute later cream soup, stir stir, then cream corn. Smh this is tooooooo good. Best wishes to you all.

Crispy Crowns instead of tots would also be good. They’re like tots but more disc-like. almost as if you smushed a tot down a bit. since they’re thinner, im thinking they’ll crisp up nicely

No, no NO!!! you MUST cook the GB thoroughly THEN drain the excess grease. The seasoning will drain off once you drain the grease. The raw onions MUST be browned THEN add to the cooked GB, if not, your casserole will be soggy. DO NOT mix all these ingredients together in the skillet. Add them after you cook the GB and drain. DO NOT place frozen tots in the mixture, thaw them out or you will have too much moisture in the casserole. Place the GB in the baking dish...FIRST, then the tots on top followed by the sauce mixture then final, the shredded cheese, use both sharp cheddar and Colby. If you do not drain the grease it will rise to the top. DO NOT use a metal baking tray, use glass or aluminum baking tray.
