#1-Black and Gray decor Beautiful. Nice covered patio. French doors a plus for study!
#2- Love windows showing back yard! Great marble island. Nice light fixtures and chandelier. Attic is a plus for storage .Accent wall in powder room is beautiful. Great patio!
#3- Nice foyer and chandelier. Good layout.

All three homes are nice. But home #2 got me with curb appeal and the dark grey pavers from driveway to walkway!! Inside selling point: open concept with huge kitchen and large multi-purpose island and generous lighting/recess etc., spacious LR and DR, with one stop view through huge windows (natural light) to outdoor area from all three areas!!!
