Great tour of all three houses. First, I personally like white cabinetry compared to woodsy cabinetry. Of the 3 houses, I like #2 the best. The curb appeal and esthetics of the house invites you in. Wonderful interior but the backyard & patio areas were the seller. Beautiful wood fencing, perfectly enclosed and semi private. Nice greenery!! I could live in that yard!!! Thanks for the tour. I like the first home a lot. It was pretty. But I love the second one Highland Home in Burchwood! I really like the fact that it had a front porch as well as the cuber back patio and that kitchen too It’s just beautiful and it’s all on one floor which is great. Not to mention the bedrooms that had the bathrooms in them. 😊🫶🏾🔥
In the first house you lost me with the dark cabinets. I like white or perhaps a color on the kitchen cabinets. I also don't like the setup of the kitchen; I don't like the shape of the ceiling either.
1st house is beautiful, but most of the staging and the orange brass finishes are awful. Totally over-designed too. 2nd house love the floorplan but the stager should be made to suffer for that clown-colored sxxtshow 3rd house. What is it with these designers and 80s colored theme decor all throughout the entire home down to the placemats? Kitschy and tacky. Highland homes does beautiful homes, but their designers eeeeesh. Must be the owner's relatives or something. You do great tours and thanks for the content
