If im Hampton... Norfolk State or NC A&T i am immediately looking at bringing in a Ronald Curry as head coach...he is considered the greatest hs player to alot of people was an all American bball n football....played in the NFl and coaches now in the league.....he would bring the best players from the state of Virginia alone .. especially the 757 area where there is an abundance of talent.... Another option is Zohn Burden he used to coach at ODU was an excellent recruiter The other option and probably best football wise is Chris Beatty he has plenty experience coaching at FBS....FCS was the former coordinator at Hampton and coached Percy Harvin back in hs to a state title....
I love when you pick the teams based on your feelings lol , Bama st got picked only because of coach eddie robinson , they couldn't stop because the field was wet and missing tackles same as JSU last thursday missing tackles left and right , NCCU will be going to celebration bowl unless I see Howard , Morgan state this year, I bet if I could scan the field on that return TD when it was 21-0 I bet it was an illegal block in the back that was not called or holding on the receiving team, I never liked bama stank since we got into band fight 1996 my sophomore year and we whip they ass in mobile Al, they had 7-10 folks sent to the hospital made CNN news
You know HBCU alums support HBCU games, especially the larger names (SU, JSU, GSU, TnSU, Howard, FAMU, etc..) when they play in the Midwest (Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis, etc...). There are a ton of Mississipians, Louisianians and Arkansasians in the midwest (Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland, etc..).
There is absolutely no revelation that the attendance of the OBC is significantly down. First, neither team has a large fan base. From the signing of the contract, we knew the attendance will be low. There are only a few teams that draw large crowds and most of them depend on location. Most of those teams weren't available. In Miami, FAMU, TnSU, JSU, SU and maybe GSU would draw and you need to try to get a combination. Ideally, SU vs FAMU would be a major draw. But, that won't happen since that is an annual home-and-home. Neither are giving up that home game. I don't see JSU and FAMU doing it either. They were in that due to an agreement prior to FAMU joining the SWAC. So, ideally, OBC need to sign TnSU with a matchup that draws playing them (especially FAMU, SU and GSU). However, personally, the only HBCU game I push for TnSU is JSU vs TnSU due to the rich football history between them from Bob Hill, John Merritt and W. C. Gorden. The promoter for the classic is trash. So, that should be a home-and-home or the schools need to move that game to be a classic somewhere else. It will draw in several places (Dallas, Memphis, Chicago, Indianapolis, Vegas, Los Angeles or Miami).
So before the season started he knew everything about every team that nobody knew nothing about . NOW he wants to say it’s the coaches fault that his guesses were wrong ! “Mr Y’all Better Listen ToMe “ .

It's dangerous to purely evaluate on stats. Stats have to be evaluated based on the context of the game flow. Example, Body wasn't given pass plays. They basically brought him in the game to run. They even put him in as a RB and they threw the ball to him. Body is a QB. The dude can throw with or better than the best SWAC QBs. However, he is a very elusive runner also. Bama State only used him to run and now he and the other QB is out; Body with a shoulder injury/surgery and the other with a concussion. I didn't understand that at all, especially when it was obvious the other kid wasn't getting it done.
@@jeremiahclark2951 isn’t that what happens in football when the players actually play the field. Based on SWAC preseason votes those were horribly wrong as well.
