WORLD CANCER DAY - 4th February 2024

I hope it’s ok to post on here.
It’s World Cancer Day today in the UK and if you’ve anything that’s not feeling right please go and see your doctor.
If someone you know from a running club or races has been diagnosed, please stay in touch as best you can as like many, running is there sense of purpose as well as a community and although physically they may not be able to take part anymore,a large portion of there life before diagnosis will have been with the running community. This of course goes for all diseases and illnesses
