Food Visuals and Portions after WLS // How much CAN and SHOULD you eat? | My Gastric Bypass Journey

You will see a lot of information out there on how much people are eating after surgery, and whether or not it's "okay." But a lot of times everyone talks about this stuff in ounces. What does that actually look like, and what are portion sizes actually like after bariatric surgery? I put together a few examples to show what visually to expect with smaller meals and a smaller tummy post-op, and how your plate might look after surgery.
