Thank you so much for sharing ur life with us. You have changed my life. I have had 5 strokes, low iron, heart murmurs, and a heart aneurism. I had no energy. I couldn’t even pick up a pot. This was horrible because I was raised to be every strong woman 😂. I watched ur testimony video and began the 30 day vegan challenge. In just 7 days I have some of my energy back. trader joe's definitely has the nori furikake, i just bought some last week. it was only a couple of dollars for 2 ounces. (i dont have any asian markets near me, so thats all i had quick access to.) it's vegan - just black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, nori seaweed flakes, and kelp powder.
Same here, it is basic flavoring but I am good with the seaweed and sesame seeds of this one.
I wanna try all of these! It's so hard to find salt-free or healthier seasonings. I love me some pink Himalayan too. It seasons your food different.. I've even been seeing bags at Dollar Tree now
And I love roasting my brussel sprouts in the oven. Best!

So helpful! Raised my kids on furikake in Japan. We put it on rice, sometimes pouring green tea in it (use a small rice or lacquer bowl) for a healthy snack/breakfast soup. Gotta be careful because there’s also MSG in some of them (if you care). It’s pronounced “fu--lee-kah-kay.” Can’t wait to try your other suggestions!

@ E Nonchan I'm looking at my seasonings trying to determine if they contain MSG but I don't see it on the label. What ingredient should I look for that would indicate that MSG is in the product? My daughter suffer from headaches so we are trying to change our diet. Thanks for the info

Thanks Tabitha! I needed this. Big help. I've bought pink salt and black salt. I use Mrs Dash is that a good one to use. I also use dried minced garlic. But the rosemary and orange sound so good. I'm going to check this out. I'll chdck my Food Co-Op and Trader Joes. TJ Maxx and Tuesday Mornings for seasonings with no salt. They have some good ones. What should I look for in my seasonings. I'm trying to eliminate all that salt. I'm learning to dash or pinch with the pink and black salts to season foods Veggies is what I am talking about. What do you do for cheese? Any recommendations? I miss cheese so bad! I only been at this for about 2 years. I'm loving your chanel. You are s big help. I'm doing all I can to manage MS. Thank you so much.

yes you can just that with garlic powder and a little bit of Braggs liquid aminos and liquid smoke
I was just about to say liquid smoke. It will taste like you had a a hamhock in those greens

Bonito and Egg (Seto Fumi Furikake) has eggs (label is dark blue)
Aji Nori is ok (Green label)
Nori Komi is ok (Light blue label)
Katsuo Mirin is ok (red Label)
do you have any season for people who have CHF?
Mike Tim limiting your salt intake will help with the fluid buildup associated with CHF, so if you use these spices that don’t contain salt...you should be on your way to healthier eating💕💪

Tab, if you see this give me your thoughts or I welcome anyone here to chime in with an answer. Here goes, as a vegan what nutrients, minerals or vitamins need to be supplemented or are the food choices enough to give your body what you need? Iodine is an important addition to our diet, but as a vegan the naturally occurring iodine that we would normally get from eggs, yogurt and mozzarella cheese to name a few is not allowed on a vegan diet 🤷🏾♀️. How do you supplement for other things like protein and again the vitamins and/or minerals that might be lacking because of a vegan lifestyle?
