Happy Sunday Family! I try not to eat processed food often but every now and then its ok. I encourage everyone to try to limit your intake when you can. However when I do, it has to be delicious! Today I made a house favorite, Cabbage and Sausage! We use to eat this with Turkey sausage before being vegan and this honestly taste better! Instead of oil I sautéed in veggie broth. Im in love with this No Salt Onion Pepper seasoning from @cookingwithgreens website www.cookingwithgreensfamily.com. Of course I used garlic powder LOL. Then chopped some fresh tomato and cucumbers with vinegar, salt and pepper. What did you guys have for dinner today?

Forgive me for the late response but it’s going well I’ll admit some food I had to get use to like the carrot bacon lol I use all the recipes Tabitha has on her RUclips channel , I will say I have lost some pounds because I also incorporated exercises and meditation so I should say it’s coming along well 😊

Not true. You never know what your fruits and veggies were touching out in the field, store, through shipment. That's why you should wash your veggies. As far as the knife, I dont a problem with her using the same knife. I do.

@@mindyself3296 Reminds me of the last stir fry I cooked. I thought the skillet was too small, that I had added too much broccoii and spinach at the last minute. That spinach shrunk down so fast (and so did the rest of it) that my feelings were hurt. Lol.

Tab one thing that you said in another video I watched that has stuck with me. My husband is a meat eater I stopped eating red meat several years ago, now I God has me on a new journey. You said "this is not their journey it is yours". I have never forgotten that. THis keeps me focused, thanks. Health and wellness to you.

Tabitha thanks for sharing your vegan cooking. I was vegan a couple of years ago but I could not understand why I kept getting sick I found I am allergic to Soy. I just tried this recipe...tweaked it a little. I used fresh garlic and a whole onion(sorry Tab!). Also added plant based butter. The sausage was the hot type, this added a little zip to the flavor 😋. Wow!!!!!!! This food is soooo delicious! Side dish was multi colored mini potatoes boiled added some plant based butter and salt/pepper. I did the tomato/cuke/onion too added a little EVOO and red wine vinegar salt/pepper. Best and most unique meal I've had in a long time!
