But when I saw this video, I immediately ran to Kroger and bought the ingredients, and let me tell you something: it was BANGING! That sauce was DELICIOUS. I thank you for being an inspiration to be healthy. Now, I can't promise that I am going 100% vegan, but I will definitely make at least 2 vegan meals each week. Thank you for al you do!

I make a sauce very similar! I do Agave, sriracha hot sauce, garlic powder , Chile powder, smoked paprika, little Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a splash of Lime juice.

I had no idea that Old Bay made hot sauce. First thing I think of when I hear Old Bay is the seasoning in the tin. When I read the title, the first thing I said was "Old Bay meatballs?.. Don't do it Tab! It's salty!"😂 Now that I've seen and heard the words Old Bay I want some steamed crab legs and steamed jumbo shrimp with some original Old Bay sprinkled on them. 😩
Old bay seasoning actually has about 5 different versions other than the regular(blackened, hot, garlic, less salt and french fry seasoning) and the old bay hot sauce came out right around end of 2019 I think. It is good.
@@ImJustaWill I'll have to look up the other Old Bays to buy online because never seen them in stores-- all of them except the low sodium one, because if that Old Bay is anything like the low sodium Lawery's seasoning they can keep that! That seasoning made the food taste like like it was seasoned with pennies!

After you added all the meatballs, I was like “she is going to need more onions”. So happy when you added more in like I was eating it. 😂 Put as many onions as you want because that’s your business.
Sautéed greens… Here I was thinking you had to cook them in a big old Sunday dinner pot for 3 to 4 hours. But you only did it for about 15-20 minutes. Thank you for showing me the new way.

I’m a young 66yr old mom that is the primary caregiver for my 34yr old beautiful daughter who has cerebral palsy. This morning I literally had to pray my way out of slipping into a pity party after feeling like I desperately need some “me time”. I’m an artist & have not even felt creative enough lately to paint as I’ve been engulfed in the mom role 24/7. Thanks for reminding me that I’m more than just a mom! I just went and got the coconut aminos by labrex just this week and I feel like I am in heaven I can't understand why I wasn't ever introduced to this so I got it at whole foods it was a great price so I got a bottle and I think I'm going to treat myself to another bottle cuz that's my business the taste of it I can put in just about any type of vegetable or meat dish I simply love it. I feel like I know you but of course I do not but you are so lively and so full of the spirit you are a joy to watch.I am 72 years old and have just in the last six months gone vegetarian because of my health I do not eat red meat or pork I occasionally eat chicken but am experimenting with meat substitutes like jack fruit and mushrooms. I do eat fish once in a while very seldom but everytime I watch you I know I can actually go plant based exclusively. Thank you for your encouragement and your exuberance !

I feel like I know you but of course I do not but you are so lively and so full of the spirit you are a joy to watch.I am 72 years old and have just in the last six months gone vegetarian because of my health I do not eat red meat or pork I occasionally eat chicken but am experimenting with meat substitutes like jack fruit and mushrooms. I do eat fish once in a while very seldom but everytime I watch you I know I can actually go plant based exclusively. Thank you for your encouragement and your exuberance !
