I've changed a lot of my eating habits and I am looking forward to feeling better. I'm about 80% vegan and inching my way closer. Just wanted to say thank you for being so real ❤️
I also have an auto-immune disease (Lupus) and the pain in my legs/wrists....oooooo chile. I would love to try this Vegan lifestyle, but the way the chicken wings, pork chops and salmon be bullying me, I ain't ready 😕

I’ve been doing this every morning for about three weeks, but I add lemon to it also. I think I saw a gentleman do this on your video in the past. It works for my knee arthritis. If they don’t have the root or a juicer they could try using orange juice, ground turmeric, ground ginger and lemon juice with a dash of pepper..

I need this and so does my mom. I have a juicer but she doesn’t. Will the powder ginger and tumeric work? I would need to find the correct measurements for her because she would do this with the powder and juice if it will help with her fibromyalgia. Thanks!

Awe that's the same juicer I have😃 I make the same juice only I use lemon instead of the tangerine. I actually make a small bottle like a regular drink size glass bottle and put it in the fridge so I can do a shot easily in the morning. I know that making it fresh is better but it's still good for you and your more apt to do a shot if it's already made. And if you're feeling like you're getting sick you can add a little honey, if you use honey, and a crushed clove of garlic and it kills a cold right out of you.

Yes indeed. I'm fighting osteoarthritis, Degenerative disease, and spinal stenosis. I eat very good as well. No meds for me either. I've found out about the turmeric and black pepper, 💥about 4 years ago. I make a paste with honey, and cold pressed organic coconut oil. Or organic extra virgin olive oil. The oil, I found out helps it absorb even better.😊💛👍🏽🥊🥊We keep fighting! God bless you.💛
Zali Israel I use a handful of fresh ginger, peel the skin off, and cut it into small chunks; fresh turmeric or just a tablespoon of turmeric powder if I can’t find fresh turmeric; a whole fresh pineapple that has been cut into chunks; 2-3 tablespoons of honey (optional); and sometimes I slice up 2 lemons with the skin on. I throw this all into a pot and add a gallon of distilled water. I let it simmer for approximately an hour then drain off the veggies and fruits and put the liquid into a container. I’m sure you can keep the veggies and fruits in your liquid if you want. I refrigerate the liquid and warm some up as needed. Hope that helps!
Toni Terrell when certain sounds, movements, etc give you a relaxed or “tingly” feeling. I’ve always gotten relaxation from people with soft, soothing voices. I can listen to Tabitha’s softer messages and the sound of her voice and how she pronounces things just instantly chills me out.
I have sooo many appliances- Crock Pot slow cooker/pressure cooker, air fryer, waffle maker, now I gotta bust my juicer out of the garage. Time for an appliance rotation!! 😁 Need to try this

I really enjoyed both of you so much fun info and the love and joy😄. It definitely motivated me so I subscribed to you channel. Then this vid popped up and had to watch. I love how sweet, fun, positive and upbeat you are. And it was cute when your son popped in. I love how real you are and thought it was neat that you did this vid in your PJ'S. When you started talking about a car accident you had and chronic pain I knew God led me to your vids!! I was in a car accident 28 years ago and it changed my life. I used to work out very rigorously...loved it. After the accident I couldn't lift weights, run etc because of neck pain. But after listening to you about tumeric and ginger and how it's helped the pain...it gives me hope and the motivation I need to start eating healthier and juicing. I'm moving in a couple of weeks and have been sensing that God is doing a new thing in my life this year. He already opened a door for a new job and I've just have that desire to really feed my body better. Thank you Tabitha and God bless you😘

I've had SEVERE chronic health/illness since childhood. I've discovered (amongst NUMEROUS other) so many natural foods/remedies to help combat my symptoms over the past 6 years, and turmeric is wonderful for inflammation and I adore ginger for stomach issues, stomach pain, nausea, etc.....
@@61E199 I actually mostly take turmeric capsules every day(a moderate to small dose because I have horrible chronic inflammation but a capsule a day is generally enough and I also add it in seasoning form in my cooking that can handle turmeric as an accompany flavor and also in my most days green smoothie: *unsweetened coconut milk(I have a slight intolerance to almonds) about 3/4 - 1/2 cup per serving OR the amount that you desire * 1/4 to 3/4 cup frozen spinach depending on your judgement(also of you don't add kale, more spinach is what I prefer but if no kale I add a good amount of spinach)..... * going with above, I add about a handful of frozen kale to my recipe(approximately 1/4 cup BUT adjust the amount to your own taste) and reduce the spinach; but I often only have spinach so I don't add kale quite as often * 1/4 to half cup of frozen blueberries(they help stabilize blood sugar and basically double as the ice in your smoothie along with the frozen greens) or to taste but not too much. * 2 tbsp ground cinnamon or to taste(flavor and a good anti inflammatory) * 2-3 tbsp quality ground turmeric or to taste(AMAZING anti-inflammatory and delicious flavor if you've ever had basic Golden Milk; which is also a wonderful anti-inflammatory beverage that's easy to make and delicious once used to it!) * 1 tbsp chia seeds(OPTIONAL..... I add for extra protein and nutrients. Don't add much more than that unless they are pre soaked because while they don't look like a lot in dry form, they expand to sometimes triple their amount when fully soaked in liquid n create a gelatinous membrane around each seed that has caused many unknowing people to end up in the hospital with extensive surgery to remove them because the gel makes it extremely difficult to remove from ones stomach and they will continue to obsorbe extra liquid in the stomach and that is ingested causing extreme problems and possible death if not addressed immediately!) * usually vanilla protein powder to equal however many servings that you are making. I generally use VEGA Vanilla protein powder because I cannot digest Whey protein, Almond protein or most other proteins except pea/veggie protein so I use that and it us delicious at least to me. * I sometimes add LOCALLY GROWN honey for some extra sweetness.(Locally grown helps combat allergie issues by introducing the local bee pollen into your system to help build an immunity to the pollen around you if you have some seasonal allergies as I do). - That's mostly everything but if I remember more then I will add it to this thread or to my RUclips page that I am currently working on. I basically just throw everything in the blender and pour into a medium size Mason jar (just in case I don't finish it) with a straw and if I have enough left for another mostly full serving, then I pour it into another jar, seal it and put it in the fridge for the next day. No blending needed once in the fridge, just open, stir with a straw and enjoy😊 My husband's nephew at about 3 years old one day asked to try my smoothie(my husband drinks them as well for easy nutrients and nutrition 🙌)and my mother in law jumped in with "oh he probably will hate it, it looks disgusting anyway!)[just because it's green🙄], after his first sip, he wanted more so I let him have a food little amount of mine and he loved it; my mom in law however was pretty annoyed that I was actually right that time.😉😂😂😂
I make a ginger tonic by boiling ginger in water then I add the ginger to 100% fruit juice. 1 to 1 ratio in the morning to sweeten it. That’s my wellness drink. The ginger is strong though it has a peppery kick to it.

I drink turmeric ginger tea. I drink the immunity boost shot that consists of turmeric and ginger. Yes...so good for you and powerful. My favorite juice is Green apple, lemon and ginger. So good...can add fresh mint too if you want.

I just love her she is hilarious! I accidentally put too much garlic in a celery juice I was making and thought I was gonna die😂 so I can imagine too much ginger. I felt good ass heck the next day though!

I don’t have a juicer and I’m bad with ingredients so I purchased the Bolthouse farms one because that’s my business but it has the exact same ingredients that you used...ginger, turmeric, carrot, a splash of black pepper and a splash of orange juice. It burned still but my inflammation hasn’t flared up since I took it Saturday! They sell them by the shot. I take one shot a day for now until I built up my tolerance. I was sick of taking 6 pills a day for the pain I’m glad I found your video so I can get a natural relief! I really want to go vegan I feel like my body needs it I just don’t know how to start. However I also drink additional water afterwards. I've had SEVERE chronic health/illness since childhood. I've discovered (amongst NUMEROUS other) so many natural foods/remedies to help combat my symptoms over the past 6 years, and turmeric is wonderful for inflammation and I adore ginger for stomach issues, stomach pain, nausea, etc.....
I have stomach issues also, how much do you use. I have the powder turmic and ginger, what liquid do it use to mix it with.
@@61E199 I actually mostly take turmeric capsules every day(a moderate to small dose because I have horrible chronic inflammation but a capsule a day is generally enough and I also add it in seasoning form in my cooking that can handle turmeric as an accompany flavor and also in my most days green smoothie:
*unsweetened coconut milk(I have a slight intolerance to almonds)
about 3/4 - 1/2 cup per serving OR the amount that you desire
* 1/4 to 3/4 cup frozen spinach depending on your judgement(also of you don't add kale, more spinach is what I prefer but if no kale I add a good amount of spinach).....
* going with above, I add about a handful of frozen kale to my recipe(approximately 1/4 cup BUT adjust the amount to your own taste) and reduce the spinach; but I often only have spinach so I don't add kale quite as often
* 1/4 to half cup of frozen blueberries(they help stabilize blood sugar and basically double as the ice in your smoothie along with the frozen greens) or to taste but not too much.
* 2 tbsp ground cinnamon or to taste(flavor and a good anti inflammatory)
* 2-3 tbsp quality ground turmeric or to taste(AMAZING anti-inflammatory and delicious flavor if you've ever had basic Golden Milk; which is also a wonderful anti-inflammatory beverage that's easy to make and delicious once used to it!)
* 1 tbsp chia seeds(OPTIONAL..... I add for extra protein and nutrients. Don't add much more than that unless they are pre soaked because while they don't look like a lot in dry form, they expand to sometimes triple their amount when fully soaked in liquid n create a gelatinous membrane around each seed that has caused many unknowing people to end up in the hospital with extensive surgery to remove them because the gel makes it extremely difficult to remove from ones stomach and they will continue to obsorbe extra liquid in the stomach and that is ingested causing extreme problems and possible death if not addressed immediately!)
* usually vanilla protein powder to equal however many servings that you are making.
I generally use VEGA Vanilla protein powder because I cannot digest Whey protein, Almond protein or most other proteins except pea/veggie protein so I use that and it us delicious at least to me.
* I sometimes add LOCALLY GROWN honey for some extra sweetness.(Locally grown helps combat allergie issues by introducing the local bee pollen into your system to help build an immunity to the pollen around you if you have some seasonal allergies as I do).
- That's mostly everything but if I remember more then I will add it to this thread or to my RUclips page that I am currently working on.
I basically just throw everything in the blender and pour into a medium size Mason jar (just in case I don't finish it) with a straw and if I have enough left for another mostly full serving, then I pour it into another jar, seal it and put it in the fridge for the next day. No blending needed once in the fridge, just open, stir with a straw and enjoy😊
My husband's nephew at about 3 years old one day asked to try my smoothie(my husband drinks them as well for easy nutrients and nutrition 🙌)and my mother in law jumped in with "oh he probably will hate it, it looks disgusting anyway!)[just because it's green🙄], after his first sip, he wanted more so I let him have a food little amount of mine and he loved it; my mom in law however was pretty annoyed that I was actually right that time.😉😂😂😂

I make a ginger tonic by boiling ginger in water then I add the ginger to 100% fruit juice. 1 to 1 ratio in the morning to sweeten it. That’s my wellness drink. The ginger is strong though it has a peppery kick to it.

I drink turmeric ginger tea. I drink the immunity boost shot that consists of turmeric and ginger. Yes...so good for you and powerful.
My favorite juice is Green apple, lemon and ginger. So good...can add fresh mint too if you want.

I blend rather than juice for this very reason.... and cuz that's my business. 😊 Plus it keeps you full.

Auntie I tried this and it works! I don’t have a juicer and I’m bad with ingredients so I purchased the Bolthouse farms one because that’s my business but it has the exact same ingredients that you used...ginger, turmeric, carrot, a splash of black pepper and a splash of orange juice. It burned still but my inflammation hasn’t flared up since I took it Saturday! They sell them by the shot. I take one shot a day for now until I built up my tolerance. I was sick of taking 6 pills a day for the pain I’m glad I found your video so I can get a natural relief! I really want to go vegan I feel like my body needs it I just don’t know how to start. Do you have a cookbook cuz all this looks like I won’t miss anything special

Hi I subscribe to your channel a few months ago. I throw together ginger, turmeric as a tea almost daily.. I recently read about adding black pepper to assist with tumeric..I enjoy strong taste. However I also drink additional water afterwards. This has help with my osteoporosis and a slightly bone deterioration, which I'm checked yearly with bone density test..I love your channel and have shared with others..Blessings to ALL..Marilyn from TX
Another option is 1/2 glass of water and 1/4 teaspoons of Cayenne pepper. Quick & it works fast to bring down the inflammation.

My morning tea is turmeric and ginger powder with black pepper and ACV. It is a immune booster and anti-inflammatory tea. When I have time and all the ingredients, I juice it.

I'm pregnant , this is my third pregnancy always have had the absolute worst morning sickness , started juicing watermelon and ginger . ☺️ I'm still liable to be get very nauseous but I can keep my food down 😌❤️ I wish I knew this before , because the first trimester and half of the second for my first two kids really took me out .
