I just picked up a 300c today! I absolutely love it, I wrote everything down that you said so i know what to get. Everything you said was what I’ve wanted to do for my hemi anyway. The cool part is the car came with tint so I can check that off the list😁
Just bought a built 300c your videos have been super helpful. Just deleted the cats on mine heard it can help with valve seats. Also added coilovers and oil catch can . Thinking of changing the thermostat
I appreciate you man, I’m glad I could help! I was slacking on dropping videos, but now I’ve got quite a few more videos coming 😄 I just recorded a video on the limitations of 5.7L HEMI powered cars that will be dropping after this steering wheel install! 🙂 I’m catless as well, I believe it helps all around. I love the sound of a catless HEMI exhaust. Coil overs and an oil catch can are definitely some great mods to improve these cars! I’m currently gathering the rest of the parts for my camshaft swap, then I’ll be dropping on some BC Racing coil overs. Speaking on changing the thermostat, if you daily drive it you may want to consider a 190° t-stat versus the 180°, but plenty of people daily with a 180° t-stat. They definitely help keep the car cooler and run more efficient power wise. I also can attest to driving the car in 36°-38° weather with a 180° t-stat and the car did perfectly fine. (I had to drive it to the storage facility and the weather was terrible, she definitely didn’t give me any trouble though)
Your videos are awesome. Great information. I have a 2012 challenger rt. Some of the mods you talk about I have already done, and there's more I plan to do.
I’m getting a 2005 or 2007 Chrysler 300C by next month (my birthday month) love these cars mane, been talking to people about them everyone say it’s a great car. When purchasing this vehicle what are key things too look for too know this 5.7 was well taken care of
What are your goals? What’s the milage? There are many different routes to produce great results. Starting with an eagle motor is beneficial, so that’s already a plus 😄
@@Underdogbuilds thanks for the response I appreciate it! I just want around 450-500 hp 110k miles on it 2012 5.7 wondering if it worth it on engine with that many miles or should I just save and 392 swap it?
