My version has the ice spirit instead of the fire spirit, but I understand that today's meta might favor the latter now? Anyway I'll keep the ice spirit for now, it's still effective
I play a very similar deck to this with a few alterations such as marcher for princess, valk for mini pekka and Tesla for ice golem. I'm wondering if I should change skeletons in my deck to bats because I like bats more and I have them maxed.

Fire spirit is getting another nerf so ice spirit is still the wave
My Main deck, I usually start off with princess at the bridge or hog , this is surprisingly a very Offense deck

Join a good clan and keep requesting and trading your cards until they get a high level.
