The most important to holding steady is not worrying about holding steady

Love your explanation narrative in this vid. Hopefully will help people to understand what’s happening which is key to redirection of the mind. I think most shooters don’t comprehend how much the mindset plays in archery ( & life). Glad your back at it. 👍👍

Yes, I would love a deep dive into understanding target panic. I do better when I have a very detailed understanding of a problem and I constantly struggle with, like target panic.

Shoot me an email and I can help you get access to the instructional video I have over target panic. It’s only $25 and it’s around an hour long with multiple steps to find your triggers, then a progression of steps towards controlling the situation.

I am curious if you have any tips for pin wanting to move toward bottom of target. I’ve messed with weights. It’s something I’ve struggled with all my bows. I try to hold steady but my pin seems to want to gravitate toward bottom of the target

This can either be physical or mental. Stabilizer weights will do very little for you here. If it is physical there are a couple things you can do here. First, draw your bow with your bow hand above your shoulder. Load the muscles in your back by trying to pull that bow arm scapula toward the spine. Keeping the bow hand above the shoulder and keeping the shoulder low keeps the lats and core engaged in holding the bow up. The second physical thing that may help is moving your loop up. When you do this you’ll need to move your peep and rest up as well. Essentially what this does is change the leverage point on the string. If it is mental, that means your brain is associating you aiming at the spot with the bow going off and your subconscious is keeping you below. That would be a form of target panic and you’ll want to run some aiming drills re-teaching your brain that it’s ok to aim at the middle.

Hi, i have a tendancy to lean back my torso when i aim (toward the string arm) what is causing that? And what problem that bad form will create?
Second question : what is more accurate, a hard wall (limb) or a soft one (string)?

Probably an imbalance of weight while drawing and you leaning back that way. Or, possibly too long on draw length and you leaning back to accommodate.

D loop does it veries in size from bow that are 27 inch Axcel to Axcel too 40 inch Axcel

Yes. With the shorter axle to axle bows you have a sharper string angle and the string will come a little further back on the face so you won't need as long a d loop then as say with a 40 inch ata bow.
