I've been shooting bow since my teens and in local tournaments for 20 yrs. I've stopped for the last 4 years and now getting back into it. Thanks to your videos, I've switched to a hinge release and made significant changes for my shooting form and bow settings. I'm actually shooting better now then when I was in my 40's. Thanks Robert. Keep up the good work. Tom Bangor, PA
Good tips. I am a big culprit of the bicep and lat draw cycle with the elbow down. Definitely over bowed. I just need to suck it up and commit to changing it.
I definitely have struggled with my release hand elbow being too high. Lengthening my DLoop to 1 1/4” has helped for sure. Do you think lengthing DL in combination with the longer loop would help as well?
Possibly, depending on string fitment and angle you could extend the draw length a little with the loop to combine both for the correct overall distance. Just be aware to not lose perfect shoulder placement upfront and not to have excessive string contact on your face.
This was an oldie but goodie video!

Hello, thanks for your videos! What is that thing on your left thumb? I've never seen one of them before.
It's called a finger sling. A lot of target shooters use them vs a wrist sling.
