    Very interesting about the weak muscles. I am normally a strong person, but one of my symptoms among many others is extreme muscle weakness. As in trouble even standing up without help.
    This all seems related to thyroid/liver problems, and long term nutritional deficiencies. This started over two years ago with acid reflux problems, and long term over use of acid blockers, antacids, etc, seem to have led to the other problems over time. I ate a good diet, very conscientious of diet quality - but if the body is not absorbing certain vitamins and minerals...

    On the days when I used to jog (and more recently longboard), I used to get leg cramps at night. Ever since I discovered rebounding (with a mini trampoline) thanks to another of Doctor Berg's helpful videos, I no longer get muscle cramps at night. I theorize that it might be due to the increased lymphatic circulation removing stagnant lactic acid.

    • @Infiniti25
      @Infiniti25 3 года назад

      Apparently ice hockey players in the NHL in the US do a 30minutes cycle on a stationary bike on low resistance to clear lactic acid.
      Do some research of your own but I think it’s down to low intensity repetitive movement like cycling on low resistance (or high gear if on a real bike) and you lightly bouncing on a trampoline engaging but not stressing the muscles in a repetitive manner.

    Dr Berg, twitching is a massive one for me. Mainly oneside of my chest muscle, other muscles have been part of the triceps as well. I can look at foods containing calcium, not milk as i've reduced that. I could try apple cider vinegar as well. Hopefully i can go back to working out.

    Wondering how long it will take to see a difference when its muscle weakness and you start taking a good vitamin E. Also wondering how much to take - the daily recommended amount is usually just enough to keep you from being deficient, not enough for optimum health.

      Recommend daily dose is often to low, first week take some extra. And also cut barbs like bread and soda.

    The Post Workout Recovery protocols will differ for each individual. Age, type of workout, weight, objectives, lifting "age", sleep habits, and so many more
    It's easy to take exception to these generic guidelines, which if anything
    should encourage a reader to understand and explore and implement:
    there is so much much more to "recovery"
    you want to reverse catabolism to anabolism . . .in general

    What is the typical deficiency in older people when they use a muscle or muscle group and get stiff, sore, and maybe tight the next day very easily? What stops or prevents this and what is happening in the muscles. Is this a magnesium issue or as you said omega 3? Is this a lack of blood flow or lack of being able to get toxins/burned fuel out of the cells and thus it causes damage to the muscle cells. Is this what is referred to as lactic acid buildup? If you want to build muscle you would push a muscle so hard that the lactic acid build up happens and this then stimulates muscle growth which makes the muscle stronger.

    I have try to find out why muscles goes tight so easy and quick if wrong posture. Sometimes right, then left side. But always shoulder, shoulder blades or somewhere in that area, so that it makes headache lasting 3 days. It have last 20 years, so the comman problems are not eyes, computer screen etc. It IS muscles.
