HTML-код

- In this video I demonstrate a cool, but simple, reversed chords effect I like to use to make layered chord progressions a bit more original sounding, and give them a bit more 'flavor' than just using stock sounds as is.

This video could have 20 different titles. It is amazing how many great tips you packed into it. And I really like how you go right down to business. THANKS!
I've been following your work for years, and you're still one of the most educational channels on Logic Pro. Keep on going!
Hey just wanted to say that your videos are some of the best explained videos about Logic I’ve ever found. Thanks so much for your hard work!
Today I Learned that Slow Down crossfades were a thing!
i havent watched one of your vids in a while but i swear everytime i do i learn something i didnt know about Logic. UDABEST!!!
Outstanding technique! Thank you for sharing
This is truly amazing!🔥
This is literally the best tutorial I have ever seen.
That tape feature is holy grail. Who needs effectrix now 😩😩😭😭
Phenomenal as always!
your work has gotten consistently better month after month. really appreciate the help from these instructional videos many thanks!
For years I have been doing every bloody cross fade individually - THAT was worth watching this video for, well it all was - but that was the gem in this episode :-)
Been watching a lot of your videos recently. Great videos. Thank you ❤️
Thanx for sharing! Very useful and kept straight forward and simple! Praise the HelpGuy!
man you just earned a lifetime sub, great video, very good explanation!
Thanks MTHG. Your logic pro educational content is FIRE !
Beautiful sound!

Tape slow down option - mind blown 🤯
Great video, thank you!
Thanks!! Very good tutorial and good ideas 👍👍
Great job again !
Dude you‘re a freakin machine!!!!! So good!
I always like to see a push notification from RUclips containing „MusicTechHelpGuy“😎👍🏼
duhuhuuude. sick. thank you!
Thanks! Love your videos.
Sigh, I have much to learn about chords, lol.
Enjoyed your video tutorial, thx for sharing it.
Using the step sequencer might be a much better way of composing than me trying to play my MIDI synth input in real time, so I appreciated you showing me that trick.
Thank you as always
You are a master at your craft and teaching too. thanx
Help Guy always inspires a lot! Maybe one thing additional to mention: Not every sound makes a good noticeable reverse effect. I feel sounds with a strong decay (transient heavy) work the best. But that's a matter of taste!
Great Job! Thank you!
You are magical thank you so much
Awesome thank you ✌🏿👍🏾
You're the man. Thanks so much.
AMAZING SIR
thanks
Its very useful
Hey Josh,
I know this is an older video but I wrote a 1/16 strummed guitar chord in Piano Roll, copied it and reversed it so it plays like strumming up and down on the strings!
It worked pretty neat.
See you back in the future…
Gianni❤
Thank you.
well done!
Super awesome
Thank you so much for the tutorial. I hope the translator has translated correctly. 🙏
Awesome.. thanks for sharing ! .. I gotta remember those 'tape fades' 🤓 ..and I'm stuck in 10.4.8, so I hope they're 'present' in that version..
Yes, they are.
Nicely done. Makes me want to go make a Moby track now...
Nice!
Wow wonderful brother
Thanks 🙏
i dont need to go back to college . great stuff thank u so much
THANKS A LOT
Very cool trick, I'll try it, undoubtly.
The melotron sound, with these wacky strings, give the idea of an old sampled record, realy nice.
(BTW, I've sometimes used the melotron strings to mimic the sound or those badly recorded old oriental/egyptian bands of the 60s)
Genious
Thought the tape slow down effect was really cool.
Bro do you plan to continue Serum tutorial series?
If only there was a love button
I love u.
how did you get the note and velocity label on the MIDI???
how do you get it to show the notes on the piano roll, at 1:08
Hello! Any books you can recommend for an amateur? I have Logic Pro x too but I’m shooting in the dark…thank you!
is there a way to tell Logic to show each note name on the actual KEYS of the piano (not the midi notes)? thanks!
which is your logic version? I cannot instal
Love From INDIA.....
🙌🏿🙏🏿
Can you have similar results by using a reverse reverb (only the reverb output)?
Yes, but you won't have great control over the placement of the effect. You'd want to print it to audio still and then manually place the audio. That would be the best method imo.
Wow
have a question whenn they up date pro logic do you have to pay for the updates
? Cubase you have to.
Nope. They haven’t charged for an update since 10.0 back in 2013
@@MusicTechHelpGuy thanks
Hang on! How do you display the velocity and pitch of the notes?
View > note labels
@@MusicTechHelpGuy Many thanks. That's going to be so helpful!
Why do the logic x make that bounce track to audio so clumsy, ableton allows you to do that instantly :(
Are you using the m1 MacBook?
“Print to audio track” isnt working for me. It records silence every time.
sure you are bussing it correctly?
👍

why don't just adjust ADSR 🤣
Waiting for Apple to implement a random chord generator
A chord creation tool like Cubase has would definitely be cool too!
@@MusicTechHelpGuy stock with scaler for now
I’ve used Captain Chords plug-in and it’s pretty good to generate some good sounding chords.
It is pad
