SNES Sim City with over a million residents, built on a cartridge

I built this city on SNES cartridge on an original console using the Debug Code, and the gift trick, on map #0000. Basic structure is donuts, with PDHQ's and 2 commercial zones stacked at each intersection. Key to the growth of this city is the land value, afforded by the massive number of gifts. This, along with stacking allowed me to build enough zones to reach over one million residents. As far as I know this is the only RUclips video of a city over a million on a North American cartridge, please correct me if i'm wrong. Created in Austin Texas in July 2016

How the hell did you get that with commercial zones? I can only get 500,000 with lots of industrial.

The one thing you forgot to show was “voice”, because I would actually be interested to see how many citizens of “AMillion” would think you’re doing a good job running this megalopolis and also see if people still find ways to complain about things.
I would also like to see “total” as well.

It's hard to reach a million using donut blocks, use straight rows with rails on sides!! And make plenty of industrial zones, disregard the warning about smog

That method wastes a lot of space on rail. Notice how he only has three rail on each side.
