Then texted "call me babe" right after he killed her, and that cell data should place him at a specific location, once again, not where he said he was.
He lured them there, waited for them to drop their guard, then killed them both.
His sitting in the court trying to get away with this....damn.

He has tried to manipulate what some of the witnesses were going to say. He made his 'friend' and housekeeper to clean up potential evidence. Did you see her ire rise when she thought for a moment that she was being considered as an accomplice? He can provide details about everything except what he was doing that night. Alex could have hosed himself down. And just in case he was still contaminated, he blurted out how he had checked both bodies. He tried to cover his bases. Giving himself time to get rid of the murder weapons and bring back a different gun was the icing on the cake. Yes, Alec said that he tried to turn them over yet had no visible blood on him in the police body cam footage when they arrived. He supposedly got in his vehicle and drove up to the house to get a 💪🏼 for protection after finding them, so that would be the reason why there was trace blood on the steering wheel. But the issue is, there’s not enough blood on him or the steering wheel to go along with his many ridiculous stories. He doesn’t admit he’s in there with them (other than 2.5 hours before he finds them) and then we see the Snapchat video. LIE! He doesn’t admit to washing his hands or showering yet he says he turned over his extremely/catastrophically murdered son and wife, but did not have a drop of visible blood on his clothing on any of the police cam videos. And he was wearing completely different clothing from the Snapchat videos. Very obviously, he murder them washed up as good as he could down in the skinning shed, drove up to the house, showered and changed, got the gun for protection and drove back down. The issue isn’t the fact that there are small traces of blood in his vehicle. It’s the fact that there should’ve been lots of blood on him and his vehicle if you go by his own account of what happened. He is disgusting, sadistic and I hope he burns in hell…..allegedly. 🙄

If, as Alex has claimed to have done, he went to check on Paul and Maggie's pulses, he would have blood somewhere on his shoes. Also the mother's healthcare giver said he was wearing canvas Sperry shoes when he was at his mother's house. Did he stop at the house when he returned to the Moselle property and change his shoes before going to the kennels? If so, where are the canvas shoes? The housekeeper said she never saw them again (as well as any of the clothes he was wearing in a video Paul made earlier in the evening of Alex standing by a newly planted tree).

As someone pointed out in EDB’s chat, if he had planned to have someone kill him he wouldn’t have been asking Blanca for his medical insurance card prior to that event. And I really do believe that an experienced hunter would have had no problem completing the job from that close range. But I’m obviously not an investigator.

He told the investigators in the car (I believe the 2nd interview) “I told the 911 operator that I was going back up to the house”, so he definitely got into the car after he “discovered” the bodies. That is also when he said he picked up a gun and took back to the kennel. So, I take from that that, if there wasn’t blood in the car he had to clean up at the kennel or in the green cabin before he left for his mother’s house.

Sounds like prosecution is confusing the jury with poorly worded DNA result questioning. Sample this, sample that, sometimes forgetting to specifify what the sample is. Is this deliberate? 🤔

I don't believe they suspected him at first. They learned later about the money problems but then he lied and said someone shot him in the head, but cousin Eddie confessed, Alex had asked him to do it for the life insurance policy to give Buster money. He knew he was over and he was going to prison, nothing to live for. But Eddie couldn't do it, just couldn't kill him. So his lies caught up to him, so they started investigating the murders with Alex or Eddie as the killer. Alex was the killer.
