- Strawberry Cheesecake. Key Lime Pie. Lemon-Strawberry. Matcha. All creamy, super easy to make and crazy delicious.
These are the great flavors we'll be using in our oats today. My family truly loves these overnight oats. My grandkids can't get enough - it's always joyful when we see our kids and grandkids eating properly.
As usual, these overnight oats recipes are free from dairy and any other animal products.
Here are all of the recipes:
NOTES: There aren't amounts for the toppings because it would vary depending on the size of your serving. I do explain how I topped the oats though.
Also, I used old fashioned rolled oats for each recipe. Be sure to use certified gluten-free if you are celiac.
Each overnight oat was placed in a 16 ounce mason jar. Use any container that works for you.
Strawberry Cheesecake:
1 cup oats
.75 cup plant milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
3-4 strawberries
Toppings:
Strawberries
Yogurt
Cream cheese
Dash of vanilla extract
Graham crackers
Blend the strawberries and milk together. Add the oats, strawberry milk and maple syrup together in a 16 ounce jar and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
For the toppings I crushed a graham cracker for the bottom and top of the dish. I also combined equal parts yogurt and cream cheese along with a dash of vanilla to mimic cheesecake. Sour cream would be a great substitute for yogurt. If you’re using unsweetened yogurt, then add some maple syrup for sweetness. Top with strawberries. Enjoy!
Lemon Raspberry:
.75 cup oats
1 cup plant milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Zest of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Lemon juice
Raspberries
Yogurt
Granola/nuts & seeds
Mix oats, chia, lemon zest and juice, plant milk and maple syrup together. Place in 16 ounce jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
I squeezed half a lemon into my yogurt and topped the oats with the yogurt along with raspberries. Granola or nuts/seeds would also add a nice crunch.
Matcha Oats:
1 cup oats
1 cup plant milk
1.5 teaspoon matcha
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Blueberries
Kiwi
Yogurt
Nuts and seeds/granola
Mix together matcha, oats, maple syrup, plant milk in a 16 ounce jar. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
I topped with blueberries, kiwi, yogurt and granola.
Key Lime Pie Oats:
1 cup oats
1 cup plant milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
4-5 pecans, chopped
Lime juice
Lime zest
Yogurt
Graham crackers
Maple syrup (optional)
Mix oats with maple syrup, plant milk and pecans in 16 ounce jar. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
I added lime juice and zest to my yogurt. I crushed grahams for the bottom and top of the dish. Layer it all together and enjoy.
