Recipe and ingredients:
240g flax seeds.
I grind it in a coffee grinder.

2 teaspoons baking powder.
Salt.
40 g psyllium seeds.
mix well.
320 ml hot water.
mix well.
Olive oil.
divide into 3 parts.
Form 3 bars.
I put it in a baking dish.
Brush with olive oil.
I will sprinkle with coriander.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180°C.
let the bread cool down.
Now grate with garlic.
It is very tasty and aromatic.

I recommend adding sesame, sunflower seeds and walnuts to the dough. Also spices - caraway, thyme or onion powder. They obscure the taste of psyllium (which a lot of people don't like) I mix almond flour with ground flax seeds and then the bread is tastier.

Flax seed keeps water, even after a 20 min stay in oven. Specially the central part of bread( core) remains uncooked.
