Your videos of the RUSH catalog have enable me to enhance my note-worthy performance of their songs. I want to personally thank you for sharing what a lot of guitar players seem to covet. So here it goes...Thank You!
Very nice tone, chops and love the Tokai. What year is she? Can you also enlighten me as to what you are playing through to get the tone that you have on this video? Thanks in advance.
ive always been confused by the guitar part at 7:14. playing the two octave notes. on live versions somehow his guitar roar before the part extends. and again as the notes decend into "the black hole" live parts sound like the overdriven parts start before the clean notes end? I always thought maybe that part was a sequencer of some sort. Excellent cover. I agree with others, you ARE Alex Lifeson.... lol...... "to be continued".....
I live in Toronto. Got to see Rush at least ten times.
Believe it or not, They played at my high school once or twice

Do you have a pedal board?
A Cry Baby pedal would be a good addition.

Thanks, I bought the Tokai in 2011. I record and play through a Boss Micro BR and get the effects from that, I don't use an amp.
