Just looked this up on their website and they have those and a few other upgrades available with it. Man, this is a banger for a first timer. It looks more like a race ready entry level than a basher.
At the end I was so reminded of my own journey years ago getting a 144001 up to 80mph. Cheap, small scale buggies are so nice to learn on. That same 144001 is now a monster truggy filled with Rlaarlo parts...

Im surprised companies aren't using Am32 esc's in their low-cost models. Generic 40a 4s capable ones run about $15CDN a piece retail, so it should be a negligible cost on the manufacturing side and a significant upgrade for the end consumer. It would also allow an upsell for the usb programmer, and since the config software is FOSS (Free Open Source Software) they wouldnt need any extras staff unless they wanted to fork the Software and personalize it to their brand
wow, impressive low speed control from that ESC. I recently swapped in a Mini16 Fusion into a Typhon Grom on a 3s 1300 its super light and quick-35mph top speed stock pinion, but even in normal mode it can crawl like that super smooth its kinda funny

@disciplinerc DoRC did a great video with it and didn't have any heat issues on 3s. Seems like a winner. Especially when on sale for $50
We will start releasing large-scale RC soon. I am not very satisfied with the small car yet. I will find time to make another one in 2025!
