Patrick I keep hearing trust no one with your assets, look out for your own assets about the whole trust thing. Patrick has said a trust in the public will not workout, as you want to keep the FGT in the private. No banking in the public with it at all. I see why after looking at this -> Foreign Trust Reporting Requirements and Tax Consequences. I see why you keep it in the private. Patrick said it’s an estate - fide commissary
On the SF 1416 & 1418 FORMS to the various disbursement agencies,
are we to put their address in the CORPORATE SURETY box?
For example, when sending to a STATE bank, we put the STATE bank name & address in the CORPORATE SURETY box?
I'm pretty sure letter should be notice to agent is notice to princiPAL not princiPLE and finding address for CFO isn't as simple as you might think especially with wells fargo and the like with all their divisions and exec. locations and the info about who is the exec could be outdated as well as addresses in the SEC filings

Re: State S.O.S. 'holding' actual Death Certificate for an actual deceased. What if the sueviving spouse is still alive? Like my mom, who buried her husband (my father) 40 years ago?
So, the birth date is 10-11 days AFTER the State file date. Also, SSA APPLICATION DATE is eleven (11) years after birth. Also, 'i' did obtain a certified copy of the original SSA APPLICATION. [Application date is one month prior to Issuance date.]

I want to mention that on the 1414,1416,1418 forms I have a template for says the surety is the DTC, or DTCC where they are charged for settlement. I suppose if one is using the file number off the BC then they would be in charge of settlement. This would be my guess that there is two ways of doing this.

When is the FGT-EIN (savings account) utilized? i'm reading along with all the courses (BTW, Course 4 video has been removed 4/11/2024) and 'i'm only seeing the PVT BNK E&T - Fiduciary /INDV BNKR - Agent and the (SS) ESTATE EIN (checking account)

Wow Man! No, The purpose of doing the Non-UCC is the original is in the envelope that never get's opened you only work with copies you made before you made that mailings, as Patrick said a bunch in his videos.... the Banker its Fiduciary over the two other's the real power is the Foreign Grantor Trust as it is the Person almost always making the Acknowledgment, All of this Tom's stuff is not All, right, this is not the Tom that did all the work with Patrick his last name began with W, he was in his 90's I think when he passed in 2019 the other is 30 yrs or more younger.. I Love! what your doing with the information, Patrick himself spoke against some of the things Mr Beaumont says and does, and probably would have yelled at him🤣 yet I listen to Patrick Devine everyday for the last 4 years to understand and execute well, so maybe I'm jaded🤩

You will never get a wet ink from any of "tgem" they file the original send you copy, same as your colb, you get a copy of what they call original. You file the original so you can make good copies if you need to. Same with putting another document in file, put that file registered number on document, sign endorse rct. And it's registered with the non ucc and in file that number is the file..notvthe envelope 😊
@@bretseasylife4263 Yes I did the Rev 2 Non-UCC in January I'm redoing it under the Banker, my Transfer Treasury CREDITS by Deed is almost Ready, Patrick Devine did teach always put the original in the envelope they, could only get Copies, guess it changed at the beginning of 2017

Does it have to be a non-UCC filing or can it be a filing to the secretary of states UCC division for being able to process the liquidation documents to settle accounts? Theres a UCC filing initially done with the secretary of States office for the redemption of the birth certificate so is a non-ucc still necessary. I appreciate anyones time and response

Ok prob a noob question but if we submit those SF 1414, etc forms for a electric utility account to tell them to liquidate and/or send funds etc will they just cancel the account or will the account stay open but now we have put bonds in instead?

Please forgive me if I missed this point or misunderstood... when looking at bills of credit box that you keep referencing. Do we send it to the CFO of (example) utility company OR try to figure out which agency listed in the paragraph we would send it to? 😮
I see in course 3 that the address on the cover letter is addressed to the CFO of wharever company. So now it's go time. I guess trying to guess what department or agency to send to is dealing with marriage cert, driver's license, ticket etc 😊 just making sure so that I can start sending out packet

it's a new thing they do, it won't allow you, if u get the Individual Banker first and entering it there, using their Social for Executor wasn't working for some.
Hey Paul Michael, what kinds of successes have you had with this process?
In previous videos he has stated that he has had credit card debts etc discharge or set off. Have I seen the proof no but I have no reason not to believe him. Only way to find out is to commit and do the process for yourself and prove it to oneself.

The GSA Standard Forms, are those forms considered private or public?
Neither, they are Banking Forms
So to liquidate your SSN I need sf forms 30,1414,1416 and 1418❓So all the sf forms would be combined using same SSN on each form❓

So I have a question. So if you have already filed the ucc-1 and have the Bond. How do you go back and do this process. If you file all the paperwork as instruructed how does this action affect the previously filed ucc??

Yes, your COLB is your letter of Credit. Does not matter where you live

The Post Office is the highest jurisdiction which transfers the parcel to private from public. When it's registered in their system you can invoke the chain of custody. You can also utilize the scanning system of the postal system and register the document with the barcode scanned it uploads and you can register the 'document' for insurance purposes.

Can someone advise on what to do here please? When you are attempting to obtain the estate EIN online it now wants the EXECUTORS SSN# which the living person does not have. The original form does not ask for this when you sign as executor. Am I looking at this wrong? I have the individual banker EIN, yes.
Then either fax it or snail mail it... OR try using 000-00-0000 as ssn. Use from outside US fax number! We are foreign to US (Only the 10 mile square DC)

They are the highest law in the land and i discovered when you invoke them it changes the jurisdiction to land, hence why the Non ucc lien becomes so powerful. 🎉 blessings
